given charming inns as gift had receipt as smiths cashier made this clear but I had a stroke and cannot travel easily no hotels near rang spoke to customer service at activity superstore who said I had to contact use my gift the year is nearly up managed to change to a day out at shard now having problems with gift of balloon trip to my son need to add another person but no phone number to call rubbish company would never use them again they take your money but are not helpful a rip off

I have tried to use my voucher numerous times but so many barriers Lockdown and My father died and then voucher expired No support no empathy or understanding A con You should by law get money back as had no goods and there should be NO EXPIRY date Do not buy anything from this company No date for experience as couldn t book

I am shocked by the volume of bad reviews Usenygift are apparently based in Saffron Walden Essex I have gone through the locations from the list provided and found the first five I contacted as follows 3 x venues had closed down 2 x venues had not dealt with this voucher company for over 18 months I asked for an updated locations list and was directed to the same list I already had Am still trying to resolve the issues however not feeling very hopeful Next stop - Rip Off Britain and Trading Standards BEWARE

I have 2 Traditional Inns and Pubs Break given as Xmas Presents for dates up till 2020 and 2021 could not book any where I tried finally a hotel owner in Somerset told me they don t take the Vouchers any more as she does not get reimbursed with the booking and she knows other owners having the same problem I sent an e mail to them was told I would receive a reply within a week I am still waiting after 2 months They certainly need investigating by Trading Standards as they are operating under false pretences

Total total con Activity Superstore - this company When trying to validate the gift experience voucher you will be asked towards the end of the on line registration at the very end to enter details of the original receipt when purchased The chances are you won t have an original receipt as the experience gift has been given to you as exactly that a gift possibly Purchased a couple of months ago So NO original till receipt - NO codes - NO go Activity superstore must be making a fortune out of this as many folk such as myself can t redeem this gift Am reporting this to trading standards as well as BBC Watchdog Total con Beware Beware Beware Don t buy

Absolute Joke DO NOT BOTHER Nothing but a confusing battle to get a booking The process to get a correct voucher number to use just doesn t seem to work I have contacted them takes a few days to answer followed new instructions still doesn t work Several attempts no use Absolute waste of my time for something that is suppose to be fun Dead loss

Robbing C word Had a clay pigeon shoot for two as a gift after registering what seemed to be three times for different sites the voucher now claims to be only for one and despite claims of having shoots local to me the most local one available to book is 150 miles away Much better off just buying a groupon
