Excellent Care

I had my gastric sleeve on the 22nd of January 2024 I have to say the care given was 100 I had a translated to hand whenever required my surgeon visited me every day after my operation at least once I have received excellent aftercare and nothing has been too much trouble I m very happy with the results I m down 5 dress sizes and have lost 7 stone in weight I would highly recommend this hospital from admission to discharge I felt safe well looked after and cared for my son came with me and is a very fussy eater and my care coordinator even took him out for meals to ensure he was ok during my stay

I had my sleeve done on May 9th 2024 Going to another country to get a surgical procedure done can be scary especially if you don t even speak the same language Upon meet the doctor and nutritionist all my worries were resolved They both made me feel welcomed and took care of any concerns I had The whole team including the nurses were amazing The hospital and room was very well maintained up to date and clean I m very happy choosing Dr Vahit Mutlu and his team I wish them much success in the future

We contacted Dr Vahid Mutlu at the clinic Memorial to solve the problem with type 2 diabetes My husband is 30 years old he weighed 115 kg had problems with excess weight constantly high sugar 350 depressed mood lack of energy dry skin fungal diseases He could not cope with sugar on his own diets sports were difficult for him Vahid offered us a new method of surgery it was not a gastric resection but a new technique - by pass which eliminates the likelihood of stomach stretching in the future We were treated with great care The operation went very quickly after 3 days we already flew home on our own by plane without problems no pain Dr Nutritionist Selen gave us detailed instructions on nutrition and other recommendations she has been in touch with us for almost a year now constantly writes to us and asks how my husband is gives advice My husband Giorgiy went for surgery at 115 kg now a little less than a year has passed his weight is now 80 kg The weight is stable he already eats everything he wants but in small portions he is very comfortable no problems Sugar was previously 350 now sugar has been 96 for almost a year This is fantastic We are very grateful to Dr Vahid Mutlu our nutritionist Dr Selen the whole team and also the Memorial clinic Vahid is a doctor from God We highly recommend

Gastric Sleeve Surgery

I cannot recommend this hospital enough Dr Vahit was great and assured me everything will be oky I am 30 and had no guardian so the nerves where kicking in all the nurses where great and very helpful doesn t matter day or night they where available do not worry about language they have translators all times I was worried about that too but it wasn t a problem I have my own Dietician Selen she was very helpful and still is very happy after I came back home I am still in contact with her asking her where I m not sure very responsive All transport transfers where arranged for me and everything was so smooth I will forever be great full to all the team for the care they have for their patients They do not only care whilst you are there after you go home too and is a great thing P S the Dr visits you a lot so you are not alone if any questions he is always available This is a great hospital and thank you to everyone for the care Note They are friendly too and welcoming

I had mt gastric sleeve done with Dr Vahit Mutlu on 02 07 2024 I had chosen him as a family member had recommended him who had her gastric sleeve previously in the year The procedure went perfectly with no problems he checked in on me every day after the surgery to make sure I was ok and if i needed anything Cant fault him or the staff that worked alongside him I am very happy with my experience and would recomment him 100 Staff at the memorial hospital were brilliant and friendly always checking in on you and answering any questions you have Dyt Selen Senman has been amazing checking in on me and providing me with advice and help on dietry requirements she has been in contact with me ever since I got discharger and I know her expertise is only a text away Thank you both Diana
