Am not happy with my service

Am not happy with my service I was having alot of problems with my teeth where there was moving from the gum I went online to find a dentist in Turkey because I couldn t afford uk prices there l find venedik l get contact with venedik and spoke to a lady name Amal l told her l would like to get crown and implants done she said l will be looking at around 5 000 I told her that will be fine l flight out to Antalya in June there l met with Dr umut he done my X-ray and said it would be best if I take out all my teeth I ask him how much it would it be to get an all on 4 done he told me 6 500 l said that was okay l went back the evening and all my teeth was out Meanwhile the surgeon was taking out my teeth Dr umut told me l will of to all on 6 instead so l end up with 12 screw and a bill of 7 350 l came back on 26 09 2023 where it turn into a disaster they told me that it would take 5 days so l booked my ticket for 7 days l was in that dentist chairs for 6 days cutting down screws in my mouth doing fitting on top of fitting nothing was working I was in so much pain l was getting alot of different dentists working on my mouth so I take a picture of the X-ray and email to my friend to take it to the dentist want only to find out that the screws having placed in my mouth properly and Dr Umut having told me he was keeps telling me it was a problem with my jaw By then l have to change my flight on the 04 10 2023 l was told to coming to the the dentist l was praying everything would be ok went l went back the fitting was ok they placed the teeth in my mouth but they didn t screws it in they glue the teeth instead went Amal told me l was finish I was in shock l asked Amal what happened to the screws she said it s in your mouth l said said to her this his not we agreed to get done l asked her for Dr umut she said he s not in the clinic today also l have metal sticking out of the bottom of the teeth l ask them to flies he down they told me know will On is going to see l went back to the hotel in tears I am so sad with this service because I work so hard as a career to save this money and I end up paying 7 350 with 12 screws in my mouth that s not using because they glue the crown on top of the screws and a piece of metal sticking out of my mouth oh my god everytime I look in the mirror am in tears Dr umut told me he was going to do the all on 6 but I end up with a glue crown l asked how long this would last and they didn t have a answer for me this is very bad what you people done to me But all I can say to you all his god bless you l maybe last 7 350 but god will help me to save more

Amal please stop telling lies am Jamaican l don t need you to help me to get a visa to come to Turkey You people have taked my money and mass up my mouth you told me I was going to have the teeth for 15 years Well just to let you know all the bottom rows of my teeth has falling out and I only done my teeth in September So you people did not do a good job l only have the crown in for two months talking about coming back for after care you must be joking and for your information you people tell everyone that hotel and transport or free so dont talk about that l paid my money for a smile make over but only to come back to the uk in tears

Yes this people are really bed l have my teeth done with them in September I went to get a all one 6 done the changes me 7 000 when I return to the UK in the same week my all of the bottom rows of the teeth fell out I was in tears for weeks First when you go to them they are so nice as soon as you paid them all your money you will see the charge in them The turkey government should give them a visit because the taking people money and not paying their taxes That s why they ask for money in cash these people are not professional l am very upset because they take my money and didn t do the job they presented me they would do people should stay away from venedik clinic
