Products Look Better Online Than In Person

I ordered some lighting and home decor items from Ventayo based on their beautiful product photos. Unfortunately, the reality was quite disappointing compared to the polished images on their website. The lamps arrived with visible wear marks on the finishes, and the colors weren't as vibrant as shown online. The main issue was with the glowing effects advertised for their lighting products - they were significantly dimmer than expected. The product descriptions overstated the brightness levels and ambiance quality. Several pieces felt cheaply constructed despite the premium pricing, with loose joints and unstable bases on some items. Shipping took longer than promised, and when I reported damage to one item, customer service was dismissive and unwilling to help. The refund process was complicated with unclear instructions, and I ultimately decided not to pursue a replacement given the poor quality. The website and marketing are excellent, which is why so many people are fooled into ordering. But the actual products don't match the online presentation. Ventayo needs to either improve their product quality significantly or provide more accurate product photography and descriptions. I'd suggest avoiding this retailer unless they make substantial improvements.

This Company Is a Scam

This company is an absolute scam, and I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from them. I placed an order for a power bank on October 20th, 2025, and it did not arrive until November 26th—more than a month later. Throughout that time, I repeatedly contacted their support team and kept receiving empty assurances that my order was on the way. The delays and excuses were so constant that I eventually forgot I had even purchased anything. When the package finally arrived, the disappointment was unbelievable. The product I received looks nothing like what was advertised on their website. It isn’t “slightly” different—it is nowhere close to the description. I would say it’s not even 10% of what was promised. The quality is terrible, the performance is awful, and it feels like complete rubbish. It was a total waste of money, trust, and time. What frustrates me most is knowing that many customers could fall into the same trap. I wish I had checked Trustpilot or independent reviews before purchasing. Unfortunately, I relied on the carefully selected reviews posted on their own website, which completely misled me. Please be warned: do not buy from this company. They should not be allowed to operate with this level of dishonesty. I’m sharing my experience so no one else has to go through the same disappointment and frustration.

The throw pillows had visible stitching defects and the fabric was noticeably thinner than expected. Customer service was slow to respond to my inquiries about returns—it took nearly a week to get a reply. When they finally responded, the return process was complicated and required me to cover shipping costs. The colors also looked different in person, appearing duller than advertised online. While Ventayo offers competitive pricing, the quality simply doesn't match the promises made on their website. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them unless they improve their quality control and product accuracy in their listings. There are better alternatives available that provide better value for money. Overall, my experience left me frustrated and hesitant to purchase from them again.

After contacting seller about damaged goods I was sent a prepaid label to return item this was posted on the 3 12 24 and I still have no refund of 62 96 my constant emails have been ignored chat has been ignored and the so called phone number is unreachable so all I can say that ventayo is a SCAM do not purchase from these
