Poor Quality Products Don't Match Product Images

I ordered a decorative lamp and throw pillows from Ventayo last month. While the product images looked appealing on their website, the actual items I received were disappointing. The lamp arrived with a loose socket connection, and the material felt cheap and flimsy compared to the professional product photography. The throw pillows had visible stitching defects and the fabric was noticeably thinner than expected. Customer service was slow to respond to my inquiries about returns—it took nearly a week to get a reply. When they finally responded, the return process was complicated and required me to cover shipping costs. The colors also looked different in person, appearing duller than advertised online. While Ventayo offers competitive pricing, the quality simply doesn't match the promises made on their website. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them unless they improve their quality control and product accuracy in their listings. There are better alternatives available that provide better value for money. Overall, my experience left me frustrated and hesitant to purchase from them again.

Contacted re return and refund initially they asked for photo and order number all supplied then no further responses regardless of using emails and chat line

After contacting seller about damaged goods I was sent a prepaid label to return item this was posted on the 3 12 24 and I still have no refund of 62 96 my constant emails have been ignored chat has been ignored and the so called phone number is unreachable so all I can say that ventayo is a SCAM do not purchase from these

Awful products look cheap and tacky nothing like the picture advertised Don t waste your money Can t get hold of customer service several emails sent no response online chat I m still waiting the number in the website doesn t connect

I ordered a smart watch from this company which on receipt I found to be incompatible with my mobile phone My requests by email for return and refund have been totally ignored and there is no customer service telephone number I too wish I d read previous reviews before buying Obviously a scam and one to avoid

One star because I can t give anything less DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They lie They claim delivery with in 3-4 days but this is a complete lie Then when you cannot get a response from contacting them I ordered something on 9th dec it finally arrived 21 st dec I emailed them over 10 times nothing not a single acknowledgement let alone answer my queries The site doesn t tell you it s a Chinese company I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

VENTAYO SCAM

I was on Etsy when I came across ventayo shop where I purchased 2 garden fairy sculptures cost of 62 96 when arrived they were damaged and of very bad quality as were both damaged I contacted ventayo and was sent a returns label they were returned on the 3 12 24 and now all my emails are being ignored as don t want to refund me just scammers I have spoke with Etsy unfortunately they cannot help me as somehow ventayo is not on there selling site SCAMMERS

If I could leave no stars I would I purchased a hairdryer which arrived with a European plug not one which is UK compliant I emailed to request a refund and received a reply asking for photographic proof I provided this and despite several attempts to pursue a return I ve not heard anything further My emails have not been replied to I would not recommend purchasing from this website
