Low quality of the mirror When you are very close to it s fine but when you take a step back or create some distance from it you notice a waviness or distortion in your image The price doesn t worth it

Placed an order and did not receive any update on delivery for two weeks
Placed an order and did not receive any update regarding shipping or delivery for 2 weeks Called them but they had no idea when the delivery would be The description of the location of the product wasn t clear mentioned a warehouse in Scania apparently coming from China Still awaiting as I write Shocking that they are bsuy sending a request to rate their company and product when I have no idea when I will receive the product seems to me like misplaced priorities

Very poor customer service
We purchased the lamp from them online and it was delivered but too large I then tried to return it to their store or warehouse as they are less than an hour away and was advised this was not possible that I had to pay again to return the light before we could exchange it for a smaller light I posted a review about this concern and how long it took and that we had to pay again couldn t exchange at the store or warehouse They offered to assist after the review and asked me to change my review now that they had assisted Now it has been over 4 weeks since the courier company collected the return and I have struggled every week to get updates or answers they fail to answer and advised after two week they were still waiting on the return from the courier company I contacted the courier company and they advised returns within an hours drive would take 2-3 day max So Vesani has my light but have still not returned 9000kr for the light Wouldn t recommend this company at all

Returns are all charged for and cannot be done yourself
We purchased a Light after looking at it in store sadly when we received the light we fond it was too large for our space We then selected a smaller one and I requested an exchange and if I could return the one we had delivered to the store and collect the one we wanted to exchange ours for I was told that we cannot return the light to the store or the warehouse and we had to pay 295kr for the collection with a courier to return it and then pay again for another delivery This was also not communicated very pleasantly

Crazy return costs
They sent two small lamps in separate package deliveries Could have easily been one If you want to return the prices are crazy and charge per package In this case 2x 295 kr 590 kr altogether to send 2 small lamps back I kept the products in the end because I didn t want to throw away 590 kr But hey it s just as well they threw in some soft white gloves so that I could dry away my tears with them

Great service and beautiful product
Great service and beautiful product Hannah sorted everything out when the shipping company unfortunately broke the first mirror sent to me She organised a new mirror sent to me right away and it arrived in one piece and is a gorgeous addition to my home Thank you Hannah and Vesani

Worst customer service ever and bad phone treatment
I have to say that fortunately I was able to talk with Denise from customer service again the day after She was very understandable and caring about my concern She explained me everything with detailed and secure that I will have refund of the fail delivery and how to order again the mirror as I wanted Thank you very much With people with this empathy and professionalism things works and i appreciate it very much Very good I will paste my claim mail I sent to Vesani I have not gotten any call or mail during the whole day plus the treatment by phone was totally disrespectful I would like to raise this claim due to the absolutely mediocre customer service you are giving to me today 1 I ordered a delivery to home to my apartment in the 2nd floor of a wall - huge mirror today at least i thought i have done it as i could not see any further options in the request2 The driver of SVD left the mirror in the street Obviously since i cannot carry i asked him to fix it but seems it was not possible he took again the mirror and left 3 I immediately I call your customer service to find a quick solution as i want the mirror and i am travelling tomorrow so I would required a new delivery even paying extra if its needed and this new delivery needs to be done for tomorrow morning at 9 00 latest I checked personally with DSV and this was feasible Your support gave me as options either to find a neighbor that help me to carry it upstairs or let them fix it and call me back with a solution never happen 4 Since 11 20 am i have been contacting you Vesani and DSV You telling me that you have texted the delivery company with the new request however DSV said there is not such a request in their inbox Last time i called customer service Johanna told me that her friend well her colleague - corrected later on was having lunch at 14 00 and she would call me back after 20 min I waited 40 min No call from you 5 I called customer service again and kindly requested to call directly DSV to try to fix quickly as i have been able to talk to them 3 times today but ALL the response is that you ONLY can wait and have other things to do even though i explained my situation Well i have as well other things to do but i am paying you to give me some support not in the other way aroundFrankly speaking this customer service is very far away from what could be expected bias for action and respectful treatment I cannot believe the bad quality but what is more concerning is the phone treatment you gave me Of course needless to say that if i know something is because i have been calling you as I never received a call back from you all this time for any update as you promised
