First order placed perfect second order for same products disaster incorrect products sent pain to get collected and still waiting for correct replacements 8 weeks later Had to buy temporary doors to obtain building control approval on the project then still need return site visit to exchange and decorate after Poor communication from the customer service team

Product was fine but delivery poor

The product itself is fine and I am sure Vibrant Doors do their very best with this BUT the delivery was poor We were told our external Bi-Fold doors were ready in 3 weeks it took another 3 to 4 weeks for delivery Really Vibrand should offer a paid for oprtion for delivery so that people can get their purchases on time

Persistent problems and unprofessional service team

I want to start by saying not all of my experience has been a poor one with vibrant doors I have given 2 stars to reflect this - with the view to up it once my problem has finally been sorted Dealt with an initial sales team member called Georgia on the phone in July 22 who helped me finalise my order 16 mexicano wood and glazed doors and 16 sets of handles Delivery team were friendly and helpful Unfortunately I had a number of doors which are poorly packaged for such expensive doors with marks and scuffs on some manufacturing defects and sticky tape which has ended up ingrained on the veener of the ones I kept - not the standard you would expect at the price I was passed around a bit until I dealt with Charlotte who I found to be the most helpful She arranged for new doors to be sent out and replaced which I waited a few weeks for That delivery had damaged doors on and we went through the same process again and again roughly 6 maybe 7 times in fact We are down to just 2 doors being faulty and one privacy pack lock when opened by carpenter to fit This is not the fault of anyone in the office but the certainly the manufacturer of the doors as the most recent doors have many defects in the veneer making it difficult to work with For the most part Charlotte has dealt with problems again and again Unfortunately the most recent incident 14th October 22 - remember ordered in July 22 she was away and I dealt with someone different which is the straw that broke the camel s back I ve been incredibly patient I know it isn t the service teams fault doors are delivered to me in a poor condition but I need to speak with someone and a lot of the team just don t seem to want to help at all I reported my latest problem one week ago today I then followed up with Charlotte on Monday and was promised a call back but this didn t come My joiner is unable to finish the doors because I currently don t have enough but the whole experience has put me off continuing I have begun to feel more frustrated and pretty upset stressed with this whole saga and want to draw a line in this - advised to email to escalate issues to the customer service team leader - did so at around 10 am on Tuesday 18th and then again at 10am on Thursday with the first email attached and a follow up but still no reply For someone who is supposed to deal with these things and who was aware of my issues it is disappointing to not receive any communication This is why I have finally and reluctantly taken to trustpilot for a speedy and final conclusion Could someone - ideally a manager team leader or even Charlotte to be fair contact me Monday and can we sort this once and for all I have read some of the replies from your CS team and they seem unnecessarily confrontational FYI I haven t mentioned any of the unprofessional unhelpful staff because I m hoping it was just a bad day at the office and the point of this message is not to name and shame but to conclude

Doors and handles were great but tired to order extra handle and the postage was 40 what a joke

Ordered the Ogee skirting board and whilst what turned up is labelled as Ogee skirting board the photo on website is a misrepresentation and does not show an accurate design of what turned up

I can t review the doors as I did not

I can t review the doors as I did not receive them I ordered and paid for them only to be told a few days later that they were not in stock If that was the case then their website should have informed me before I paid for them and then had to organise a refund Not a very efficient service

Could do better

When ordering my doors it asked me to select a free door handle - I did but it hadn t added it to the basket - I thought it was an oversight and the company would honour it I did contact them to be told if it wasn t in the basket you wouldn t have got it And also the promotion ended a month before I ordered the doors Why was it still on the main page Also the glazed door was slightly warped - but I didn t report this because of the outcome of the door handle Not worth the hassle

Appalling aftersales service

Appalling aftersales service The paint on the doors I received was chipping - even before I put them up I sent emails to their aftersales team on the 19th of June and up till now 3rd July not a single response I had to call to chase them up No acknowledgement to say they had received my emails And zero to little interest in resolving the matter How they have scored 4 4 stars on Trustpilot is a mystery I regret buying from them If anything product or delivery goes wrong you are on your own Only use them if you fancy getting stressed out for buying a door Believe the poor reviews you have read on here about them They are true

Good selection of doors but when I placed my order I was told some items were out of stock and I then found out I had to wait at least 3 months for the stock to come back in they told me sooner but the website showed a different date Customer service weren t very helpful and they didn t seem bothered to lose a big order
