Late delivery

We were told it would be a 3 - 4 week lead time on out doors After 1 week I emailed to ask if there would be a date given and they advised me to contact again in week 3 Two people responded and one was quite rude that I had already contacted them So it was clear I wasn t going to get the doors in week 3 there was no apology for this I contacted again in week 3 the man was very polite but said he needed to contact the factory I then sent a follow-up email and was later informed it would be delivered 10 days after the delivery window no apology It would be much clearer if they had said approximately 3 - 4 weeks and you will be informed at the start of the window when delivery will be Just manage expectations better

Jury is out

I have emailed twice to confirm availability of stock to sales at vibrantdoors dot co dot uk but have not received a reply or an acknowledgement that that email has been received Trying here - as this seem to be monitored Update Thanks Sam - although you have responded here no-one has replied to my email or answered the questions in it about availability and lead times Not to worry I ll try elsewhere

Damaged doors

I purchased bifolding doors which came damaged scratch marks on the cill and 2 of the doors all because it came wrapped in shrink wrap which is not acceptable When I asked why the response from production management was we use shrink wrap so it s easy for the customer to unwrap which is ridiculous as the customer you want to see your purchase fully protected to resolve this they sent me touch up paint What a joke and very disappointing you have a good website full of good information and good arrange of products it s a shame that the attention to detail is not from start to finish I was offered money back as a gesture of goodwill

The Doors are 1st class

The Doors are 1st class however the communication following the order was poor however the overall outcome was satisfactory

Delivery was excellent but the

Delivery was excellent but the instructions were extremely poor When I called customer services although the call handler was very pleasant when asked for better instructions to fit the door she sent a video of someone opening the door I thought at first it was a joke but ohhhh nooooo it wasn t I would not recommend vibrant doors unfortunately

Getting to old

I ve never fitted vibrant doors before I thought the frame came cut to size but not So that took some time to work out I think the hinges are cheap not very strong but I might be wrong And now thay are in it looks good not bad for first time thanks Alec

Good service

Once order the doors The service was very good Doors were delivered on the day they said All material arrived in damaged thank you Two weeks on the bolt has fallen out of track Rang up and sent photos to show problem No reply by phone or email Warranty is not worth the paper it is written on What a shame as the doors and track seems good I have now sorted problem out myself to keep my customer happy Had another customer interested in same doors but unfortunately not sure as there no customer service back up on this fault Thank you for reply but I never received a second email to confirm anything plus no new roller was sent Will look forward to receive new roller

Good products poor organisation

Love the products but I had to order a different door after the original order and for one door to be ready for collection took 10 days ridiculous the other six doors were on delivery and came within 2 days
