The door came in good time and is excellent quality I feel the only thing that let you down was not delivering straight to the door it was left at the front door and I had to try and carry the door to 2 flights of stairs

Firs of all this is a good trustworthy company I ordered the french doors set of 3 with a frame in Oak Things to be aware of You will need a very skilled carpenter to install this its not a DIY job You will need to order something smaller than the gap you have and then pack the gap out when you pack out the gap this gap needs to be covered with architrave to make it look nice My gap was about 4 inches each side which means I have very big architrave which detracts from the doors beauty Also the doors do not come with any handle or latch you will need to buy one Delivery was good and fast the quality of the doors is exceptional its just a shame they don t provide any installers to fit them this is why I marked it down by a star because 9 out of 10 carpenters I contacted thought the job was too complicated and didnt want to know so I was nearly stranded with a pile of wood in my room Think of this before you order make sure you have a reliable carpenter who will not lose his nerve when he sees the fitting instructions

all went as expected door quality is as good as can be resonably expected The delivery only had one man lifting a load way heavier and more unwieldy than H S legislation requires

The doors were fantastic and the staff all really nice Was a bit longer arriving than initially expected with no emails in the meantime to update but only a little bit longer and the day I called them to enquire they had already called me and I d missed the call Really pleased

Customer support a bit slow but satisfactory The lady I dealt with sort out the issue 5 for her 4 I would even give 0 but don t want to been seen as bad feedback from customer support Just the item I got the quality was not there I am only talking for stable door That I ordered Not other products from this company

Bought an internal 2 glazed Edwardian style door from Vibrant but supplied by JB Hind Price was 20 cheaper and delivery another 20 cheaper than JB Hinds online prices Delivery was longer than advertised and communication could have been better but I gather much of the problem was actually JB Hind and was only a few days late and during Xmas run up so all in all not bad and door is awesome

I ordered 3 sets of doors from vibrant doors all Worcester and they have sent 2 sets of Langdale doors and 1 Worcester there site does not advertise Langdale doors only Worcester I was told by there sister site Climadoors to go to them because they would be a match I found the only supplier that does Langdale is green tree doors they refused to make all the doors a match would have significant costs to collect the single Worcester door and replace with a Langdale I ordered 3 sets of Worcester not Langdale Vibrant doors are not advertising Langdale only Worcester so why does my doors not say Worcester on them as advertised not Langdale my advice is stay clear

Doors are of good quality and as stated Instructions woeful unless you have a degree on engineering not for a diy er unless you can work it out which I did by double checking every step 5 times
