Awful customer service Avoid at all costs

Awful customer service Nearly impossible to get hold of Started a return 10 days ago and haven t actually made any progress with it yet other than paying an outrageous amount to return the door and no collection date has been given AVOID AT ALL COSTS Reply collection was arranged for Wednesday and whilst I waited in all day no one arrive Collection was then rearranged for today and has not yet been successful Let s not carried away with thinking this is resolved just yet Thank you

AVOID TOTAL SCAM ALERT PLEASE don t buy from Vibrant Doors Received a message Delivery due on 26thOct No one turned up Another mail and messages received DELIVERY DUE ON 30th October at 10 01AMI just called at 11 00 am receptionist said you missed your delivery on 26th and today I checked my cameras although builders start at 8 30 for Building work Receptionist Passed on to her colleague she admits they lied to us there was no stock available to deliver and they kept misleading us I paid to a builder a huge amount to install my doors for 30th Not right Highly disappointed

Bought doors Contacted to return Sent photos Paid 233 returns postage Asked me for more pictures after taking returns postage money which I provided Then asked me for videos which I provided Now ignoring my emails Have spoke to Charlie Katie and Elliot Due to time pressures ordered the replacement doors Driver got lost so doors not delivered They are kindly going to redeliver them FOC managed to find us first time but got lost second time can t believe they were even thinking of charging us redelivery postage They now have 1200 original doors 233 returns postage and 600 replacement doors Now had an email that the person I have been dealing with is on AL so will have to start the process again with someone new Reached out to my credit card company Hopefully they will be able to help resolve this Abysmal service

4 week wait Failure to action paid for order Seriously poor service

Ordered doors for a client s project 24 09 24 1 door arrived fine other still hasn t arrived 4 weeks after order despite assurance of 5-7 working days I discovered that they purchase this door via another distributor who only received the order 08 10 24 Bad enough When I called to discuss manager refused to deal with me instead hiding behind their call centre staff FYI they also trade as DOORS MORE

Utter shambles from start to finish

Ordered the Farley arrived quite literally dropped off the side of the lorry no tail lift ramp anything dropped in front of me incorrectly received the Belize requested a return to be told 3 days later it was 50 which I disputed I kindly offered to drive the doors the 20 miles to Vibrant doors in Derby to find out they re just dropshipping items from LPD in Leeds I was told I would need to take them there which I refused to do as my retail contract is not with LPD Raised a dispute with our payment provider as they refused to accept their errors or organise a return after 2 weeks This action prompted the customer service manager to email we responded same day then she ghosted us after despite receiving it and not resolving Having made 9 calls 5 that were actually answered in the proceeding month all being promised a collection that never happened I called again on the 6th time and finally got a collection arranged and refund processed I will not use this company ever again do yourself a favour buy from elsewhere somewhere that actually stocks the items they sell and has customer service

A part arrived damaged

A part arrived damaged packaging was fine so must of been a manufacturers defect delivered on a Friday and opened up on a Monday Was told I need to pay for new part as missed the returns time slot after sales finally agreed to send it out FOC didn t receive it for over 2 weeks and never had a delivery time slot so missed the delivery then told we must pay for re delivery I ve given up and had a joinery shop make a new part Disgusted with aftersales team Bad customer service

strongly advise against ordering from here due to their terrible after-sales service Despite reaching out more than 20 times over the past five days including numerous phone calls and emails I am still no closer to arranging a simple exchange How long does this process take The lack of response and progress is incredibly frustrating

Very poor service and difficult to get hold of A week after placing my order they emailed to let me know that the doors were not in stock Because I had the trades booked in I opted for different doors that were in stock and they said they would have them shipped out The company then ignored my emails and phone calls for a week and finally called the following week saying they had no stock and they were going to cancel the order Waste of time
