The doors are great

The doors are great The staples used to hold the trim in place on the glazed doors are useless Too long for the purpose and too weak to be easily removed and broke which caused a few issues when fitting the glass One style of door were out of stock which delayed delivery Not an issue in itself but there could have been some more communication from the company

The doors were a reasonable price and the delivery time was perfect for me I think my fitter found the instructions a little tricky and I have on bit of trim that isn t fitted and we don t know where it goes The finished look is exactly what I wanted

Single door delivered to match others I had a few years ago from same company Damage to top corner of door but unsure whether it happened during shipping or was not picked up on inspection before sent

Excellent quality doors and arrived

Excellent quality doors and arrived earlier than expected The only issues I had were down to poor communication Sales never got back to me after several phone calls and emails with regards to bespoke designs and because of the lead in times stated I ended up having to buy off the website which I didn t want to do I was given an earlier than expected delivery date which I rearranged for the following week only for the doors to turn up anyway which I had to send back as we didn t have the space on site even the driver said they don t tell us anything But they re finally installed and the fitter said they were of great quality so overall I m happy with the product GRYUPVCSLI3600FSSFPTQ

Pleased with the product overall

Pleased with the product overall I didn t realise that oak frames were supplied with white doors but that s not a problem No instructions supplied with the frame but after a bit of head scratching and laying it all out it went together easily Delivery guys were prompt and efficient

Doors were of good quality They were delivered safely Only negative feedback is that I believe you have to pay to return I would like this process to be simpler I didn t have to return in the end I would use them again

Good supplier

Good supplier Good price Doors not well protected only very thin cellophane wrap no corner protectors I received 2 damaged out of 6 on first delivery Courier a bit inflexible Wanted to deliver 06 30 to 07 30 Wouldn t leave or collect without a signature Just constructive comments

On this occasion Vibrant was excellent Originally doors were delivered without top track and driver said he would email you Whether that happened or not I dont know but the response was much better when I rang your customer services direct Thats the only reason I knocked a star off Otherwise very good response and Id deal with Vibrant again

From all the online door shops your prices for a like for like identical door made by the same manufacturer comes out on top most of the time Although free delivery on everything not just over 750 would be even better and as a result would be a definite 5 from me
