I ordered the Chelsea Reeded Glass Door for the doorway between my kitchen and utility and am completely delighted with it Elegant and sturdy it really complements my black bi-fold doors Great service and easy ordering process

Ordered my doors online it was an easy process I was kept informed of the progress of the order I rang to ask if my joiner was able to go pick the doors up and that was no problem Company was very helpful

17 doors no problems or dramas

Ordered the doors in 2 batches due to some doors on back order Both orders were delivered with no problem and with good communication from the delivery company they use The drives unloaded to kerb side with no fuss or bother

the order process on line was easy and straightforward They didn t have all the doors in stock at time of placing the order However it was made clear as to when the outstanding doors would be back in stock what wasn t as clear when ordering is that they would only deliver the order once all the doors was in stock Having said that the doors arrive when they said they would and the guys that delivered the doors was awesome and carried the doors to where my wife want then in the house

Really impressed with the quality of the bifold doors received They arrived very quickly and the delivery team were really helpful Before ordering I had spoken with members of the sales team who were nothing but helpful and knowledgeable Will definitely use this company again

Easy ordering process online

Easy ordering process online Customer service was good when had to call The doors arrived damaged which is not their fault just wish the manufacturer had some quality control as they were not damaged in transit Waiting in for deliveries can be tricky especially when not working from home but vibrant doors refunded the delivery charge which showed great customer service All in all I think they were fantastic to deal with
