I was very pleased with the ease of ordering and communication from Vibrant doors advising of delivery The delivery period was as stated and driver was on time and very helpful The doors are of good quality and my carpenter rated them highly I purchased unfinished and after 3 coats of good quality varnish they look great The door furniture is also of good quality

After reading the negative reviews I was a bit nervous about ordering from Vibrant Doors and ther numerous other business aliases However they were great from phone call confirming delivery to freindly delivery chaps and the doors Suffolk White Prefinished Internal Doors and free Handle Packs are extremley good quality would def order again

Our Vibrant doors arrived 2 days early The delivery man helped bring them into the house They look awesome and match our pre-existing doors exactly They move like a dream on their runners and customer service when I rang to enquire about them were pleasant and polite They look marvellous though

Would definitely buy again from this company

Ordered 7 internal doors good communication we had a mix up with a part of the order due to different makes names - LPD delivery fab and exactly on time other 2 doors was a different company via vibrant doors and was unfortunately missed however we called and rearranged delivery can t fault the service at all The company delivered convenient to us kept in contact via text and calls delivered when requested they too were fab All in all very happy and would use again Doors are well made and look better than I thought Our chippie hung them very well very happy with what we got

Brilliant Customer Service

We purchased 13 doors and a set of internal glass bifold doors from this company about 4 years ago when we refurbished our house They were all excellent quality and look stunning still We are so impressed with the Customer service when we emailed a few days ago to say that one of the fixings for the bifold had broken we had a reply by return asking for photo of the component and a replacement sent out immediately and without charge It is so refreshing to find a company which values its customers and provides such speedy solutions Thank you Vibrant doors
