Awful awful awful

Not sure why 0 stars aren t possible Endless issues with these bad quality badly constructed doors Awful after sales send us a faulty pane and when sending a replacement refuse to pay for the installation Endless other issues including leaks Avoid this company if possible

Cheap quality plastic not aluminium doesn t open both ways

We purchased Grey Aluminium bifold doors Plastic turned up Also the website states that opening folding to both sides Tut doesn t it only opens to one side When we were trying to find a solution they weren t very helpful apparently they made to measure and cannot be exchanged We haven t bought a specific size we purchased a standard 2700mm advertised on their website Very unhappy I wouldn t recommend them

Products arrived badly built took a hole extra day to repair shoddy work as my clients needed a door to the bathroom customer service offered to replace or refund but had to turn it down as they wanted the old door back and my client had already paid me the fit price plus a day to fix it They were uninterested in remembercing my clients money for wasting my time

Wow bad bad company be careful

Wow well the bad reviews are exactly what I m experiencing via Katherine customer service manager Incorrect handles received incorrect colour handles received and missing hinge X2 doors not fully primed and dented but primed over Told frosted cover is so I could inspect which you cannot see through Bad customer service but I m sure will settle the 840 order in court She has tried to place all of the above blame on myself like I work in the 3rd party factory Joke

Major concerns about this company

We ordered 3 off 2 sizes French doors - ordered because they were all showing in stock delivery 3 - 5 working days - and paid the full amount 1 The 1156mm doors were incorrectly specified on their website - should be 1180mm - and - not in stock - due back - beginning of November 24 My door casings were already built thanks to their website and order confirmation for the 1156mm size 2 Had to constantly contact them for updates 3 Eventually told that the 1180mm doors were only now in stock end of November 24 4 After 2 months asked them to send the 2off french doors - 1208mm- showing in stock separately so our builder could at least finish these Vibrant doors said they would send them separately BUT HAVEN T DIDN T 5 Beginning of December 24 - no doors and no response from Vibrant Doors I have been more than patient - but now believe that the company is in trouble OR the whole set up is a SCAM and I will never receive any doors I will now be fighting to get my money back

Dreadful Customer Service

I have received a damaged door part on two occasions Katie is now refusing to provide a replacement frame part as I did not inform them of the damage within 48 hours This is despite me not living at the property and the delivery being accepted by whoever was working in the house at the time I have let them know that their 48 hour rule goes against the consumer rights act which gives 30 days to return faulty items but they do not care at all They have not offered any potential solutions to the damaged part The frame part is a flimsy piece of wood which is packaged with heavier thicker pieces so it is obviously going to get damaged more often than not Read other reviews and you will see a recurring theme I suppose I should be happy with a damaged door for nearly 600 I have asked for the issue to be escalated to management this has simply not been done and the majority of my complaint points have simply been ignored

Buy from a manufacturer not a reseller

Placed order Several days later couldn t provide a delivery date it was down to the courier to advise Having waited 18 days after ordering contacted company again Kept on hold for 20 mins to be told they were at Derby but due to the loss of paperwork I d not been advised Embarrassing for me with my customer

Failed at Even Basic Customer Service

Lame customer service and no clue what s going on with their delivery company Contradicting answers about why my delivery Fed up of hearing I can only apologise instead of anybody caring enough to do anything They could do a lot more than only apologise but they choose not to Callbacks and updates promised but I always had to chase Eventually cancelled the order still waiting for the refund Was highly concerned because they were acting susiciously like they or their delivery company had gone bankrupt

Avoid at all costs Take payment and do not deliver No response appauling customer service Been waiting over 6 weeks now and still no product DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE OR THERE SISTER COMPANIES They have 3 - 4 diffrent trading names All cons

Water damage

I received the doors was watermarks on it what s disappeared after a day so I left it with out complaining The time is arrived to install it When I oiled it the watermarks came out so I contacted the customer service but they ignored me as I had 48 hours to report any problems The doors itself good quality but the way they acting is very bad
