Damaged door

I ordered 5 fire doors and one of them was really damaged And the wording of their policy is a little sceptical Stating that if any packaging is removed they wont accepted returns But then in the next breath the doors should be inspected for damage within 48 hours but they are boxed up

Disappointing aftersales

The product itself is fine delivery was great also After sales service was disappointing to say the least I phoned for some advice on fitting the door handles I was told to Google it There s plenty video on YouTube We don t give advice about fitting We just sell them Not what you want to hear from the aftersales department

Absolutely no help from customer service

Absolutely no help Instructions sent made little sense so I rang to get advice and was told to ignore instructions So I asked how to calculate the height of the doors and was told how much I could cut off but not how much I needed to cut off I m now left with a 750 set of doors that I am at risk of ruining Also poor quality framework made of engineered wood covered with a thin veneer I would definitely not recommend

Ordering was easy

Ordering was easy - delivery a bit longer than I expected for the cost but I have to give a low revue as my wife now the door is fitted isn t very pleased as the door looks like it s seconds - we have5 of the same doors upstairs and they are fine but this one the grooves are double the width and the finish the glaze is rough and patchy - I didn t want to say do anything as I have fitted the door but she is right the door isn t a good one sorry but I wouldn t recommend

Crazy additional delivery prices

After much searching I found the door I wanted at vibrant and was quoted what I thought was a reasonably high price for delivery but decided to place the order Having had contact made about delivery dates I was contacted by vibrant to tell me the delivery quote has gone up an additional 3 times the original price more than the door in all I live outside a major city and there was no reason for this Due to this I cancelled the order

Poor Quality Pre-Finished Mexicano Doors - Avoid this Company

Bought two Mexicano Pre-Finished fire doors and once again arrived with many of the grooves unfinished and bare No quality control and yet more bad British workmanship Avoid buying from Vibrant Doors as it is a pile it high and flog it company

Doors dont seal

I ordered some heritage aluminium french doors for my house refurbishment The doors look great however there was no scope for adjustment in the frame so when installed there is a large air gap down the centre We let the company know who then got on to the manufacturers who made us a replacement set of doors however the replacement doors still have a gap down the middle

Poor experience

Poor experience - we ordered 15 doors online which were all in stock we were given a delivery date which was missed and when we called to get an update they told us that someone in management had all of the doors we ordered reserved for a property developer which didn t show on the website and no one told us when we placed the order We then had three failed delivery dates across two months and had to chase for updates In the end we had to change our order to a different style of door which we didn t really want but couldn t wait any longer for them to arrive Overall quite a disappointing experience with a huge lack of communication from them

Terrible fitting instructions

Purchased a set of 4 door white bi-fold slimline doors The instructions are as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike Absolutely dreadful It might as well have been a blank piece of paper at least it would have stopped me from guessing The staff did their best to help in particular Charlotte who took a video of a similar set in their showroom albeit did not help much with the installation Managed to figure it out in the end but probably not 100 but it s been a few days and they are still on and not fallen off No idea how to fit the bolts and handles though so it will have to go without Doors look decent but there is a gap at the top even with the packers and stoppers fitted Again lack of clarity on how these are fitted to the frame but I seem to have got around it

Ordered doors and paid for quick

Ordered doors and paid for quick delivery Which eas thw following week I was given the date for when I booked my carpenter in The night before was told they will not be delivered the following day amd to wait for another date 2 weeks later they arrived I wouldn t of minded but I used this company as they had speedy delivery and I booked my carpenter it to hand the doors So I ended up having to pay him too
