Opened an account and closed it as soon as it redirected me to my online banking asking me to input my customer number and such beg red flag possible fraud detection would not risk it Further to my experience this is not a secure way to make payment I have asked my bank so yes my review stands

My account has been deactivated for absolutely no reason wotsoever I ve been playing hear for well over 6 years No explanation at all I ve spoke to live chat few times but just keep getting fobbed off Responsible Gambling team emailed and asked me for a telephone conversation and I replied them and wrote my availability but they kept ignoring my emails too They emailed and asked for availability for telephone conversation but kept ignoring looks They not well organised Very poor customer service but I can t say the same for games and other services Now I ve been forced to look elsewhere

Awful behaviour
Signed up made a deposit and played won and made a withdrawal money in my account in less than 20mins was really happy Continued over the next few weeks making deposits and withdrawals I made a deposit yesterday and straight after my deposit they restricted My account no all of a sudden they need to see my identification my bank statements my proof of address my everything I refuse to send pictures of my id and personal information and want to close my account but live chat is useless and customer service is awful close my account refund my money and i will never use this site again

Avoid and don t waist your time and money Awful customer service they keep asking for more ID documents while I already share 2 yet they answered back they are blurry when they have been scanned and 100 clear account has never been opened so asked for data to be erased as per GDPR law and still they are asking for another ID document what a joke -Update Following up to the below response from Videoslots I ve send the same documents that are very crystal clear shows that I m over 30 to other online casino where It s all gone through So you clearly have some issues with your process and support team Would not recommend this casino to anyone
