Kind of a BS website Looking for times and reservations tickets for a simple 15 bus ride and you are shown nothing but 500 air flights that take 30-40 hours and take you a thousand kilometers in the wrong direction Then you are inundated with Booking com ads Not the first time this has happened but I always forget which sites are which when booking so this will help me remember to avoid VIRAIL

I bought a train ticket from Przemysl to Berlin and was immediately redirected to the partner s website where I had to fill out a form pay and wait for confirmation and a ticket to be sent by mail A day has already passed there is no confirmation or ticket but the payment has gone through Support on your site is not working I want my money back The website was virail com ua

The worst company for booking tickets missed the bus because of them I will never use it or recommend it to anyone

Used Virail last weekend as I needed to find the best way to go from Toulouse to Paris I was surprised to see also a lot of blablacar options on top of trains and flights so ultimately I ended up booking a blablacar Planning to use Virail more often as it shows pretty much every possible travel option from A to B prices and booking options Highly recommended

Very convenient website to buy train tickets

Great to see all the possible tickets I could buy It is not the easiest way to search for the correct ticket but overall still a good experience I had no problems with buying the ticket They do not sell the tickets themselves they redirect you to another seller but they show you all the possible tickets you can buy
