Customer Service is exemplary at BMW Car Accident Repair Centre Hersden Canterbury Kent From start to finish Kiya and her colleague kept me informed of what was happening and I can t speak highly enough of them However when I collected the car yesterday I was very pleased with the results of the repairs to doors and bodywork but when driving back to my house experienced a number of problems with the onboard computer system It came up with various alarm alerts on the screen stating that the boot was open the bonnet was open I was driving in neutral the key fob battery was discharged etc As soon as I reached home I sent an email to Kiya at BMW to explain the problems and within a very short space of time a technician Andrew telephoned me to enquire about the problems He suggested that I bring the car to BMW ARC anytime today which I did Andrew was available for me within 5 minutes and immediately took the car to be checked with the diagnostic equipment He then returned the car to me saying that everything was in order and that he had replaced the battery in the key fob So although there were a few minor problems with the car when I collected it BMW ARC staff went out of their way to rectify this within 24 hours The service there is first class and very professional I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them

Quality of work and helpful friendly staff Could not give 5 stars as they need to work on communications Late communication of delays and missing scheduled dates meant we incurred unnecessary costs and embarrassment as we could not keep commitments we had made Greater understanding of the customer needs and implications of not keeping people informed would be a great improvement

Good overall experience however my car was returned with 15 miles of fuel left Despite being advised that any fuel used would be replaced

Overall I would recommend

Very pleasant and helpful staff Repair quality excellent Would have been a 5 star review but completion time was longer than I expected However this was probably due to a shortage of spares and the volume of work

Was ok in the end

Terrible trying to get through to them no one ever answers and they have yet to to begin processing my repair claim and its day 3 Edit in the end they did come through with the repair took a few days more than expected but they resolved all issues You just need some patience
