Overall a good experience but they could improve on communication

I was very pleased with the repair and the colour match and finish was excellent The staff are very friendly and helpful when you visit their office but I found it hard to get through to them on the phone The 3 week period that they had my car seems rather protracted for a 4 day repair although they did say that one part came in broken and had to be sent back

Some delays but completed to a high standard

Delay due to parts paint issue but Repairs completed to a high standard My car was picked up and returned to home and taken to repairers about 15 miles from home No reimbursement for diesel used which is a bit shoddy but overall very pleased with the repair

Great repairers

Great repairers have done a great job Car is like new again They have a good link where you can see the status of the repairs and planned completion date Would be 5 stars had the communication been slightly better following delays but anytime I spoke to them they were very helpful and accommodating Would use again if I ever needed to

Very good experience

Directed by insurance company to local Solus Driver very courteous Kept informed about repair work needed and what had already been done the easy bits Car returned clean inside and out Hope I don t have to use them again

GRM bodycraft repairer was excellent Car looking good and repair was very quick Staff excellent always very informative phoning every couple of days to let us know how things are going Definitely would recommend this company

Fantastic repair by Dicksons of Forres

Fantastic repair by Dicksons of Forres Only downside was that the repair took two months to carry out because of the difficulty of obtaining spare parts Not the fault of the repairer who were a delight to deal with and Aviva kept me updated at all times Courtesy car was excellent

Devil in the detail

Really impressed with the work done and the speed of service and the communication given The one thing that stopped me giving 5 stars was the state of my interior after it was supposedly cleaned it looked like a dirty rag had been used and dirt and dust was spread all over my car there was a layer of dust everywhere to such an extent I couldn t see my speedo before I drove away I had to clean it myself It may seem a small thing but the devil is in the detail

BMW X5 Repair

I ve only had my car back 1 day but from what I can tell the repair is everything that you would expect top quality from a BMW main dealership I was kept updated on a regular basis so I know exactly what was happening with my car regarding time scales The only 1 negative I have was the length of time I was without my car but that was due to delays on certain parts which in fairness was something out of the control of the repair centre

Friendly and efficient

Friendly efficient and helpful throughout the whole process I was kept informed of progress at every stage and repair was actually completed earlier than estimated - and the car looks great
