Utter shambles - dreadful comms customer service

Edit Garry at Vizion Network and Yacine at MarkerStudy helped as much as they could Thank you both Shame the rest of the experience was poor with these two companies STAY CLEAR Utter shambles Were with Halifax car insurance for years which was a superb service until Vizion got involved Now it s hopeless You chase up status on the useless MarkerStudy Portal and nothing Even the repairers have rejected the referral of the repair from Vizion I ll be checking every insurer to see if they use Vizion now and will stay well away Check the reviews Halifax car insurance will lose a lot of customers over this

One of the worst systems that i have

One of the worst systems that i have encountered my entire life My car was with Aviva insurance who used Vizion network For the repair they took my suv and gave me a tiny hatchback took over 3 weeks to estimate some issues with systems that the insurance inspite of giving a clearance to proceed Vizion systems did not record it or let the garage to start with work After 3 weeks had to cancel the repair take back the car in broken state to repair elsewhere Have called them atleast 30 to 40 times in this 3 week period Very much a bad place to be if you are caught with an IT issue that vision fails to fix or even work around

Awful customer service

First experience of these people OBO my father who was involved in an accident Dealing with them via Aviva who are equally as bad His car was supposed to be recovered to a body shop over two weeks ago and nothing has happened Every time I ve called them the wait has been approximately 45 mins Shocking customer service

awful company used by Hastings

awful awful company used by Hastings to organise repairs and courtesy cars My car was vandalised on Christmas Eve and is still sitting in an RAC storage compound waiting to be fixed I m having to phone up constantly but no estimated repair time or any sign of a courtesy car Even ringing is a nightmare - was on hold for 40 minutes yesterday and then was cut off Being cut off after being left on hold for ages has happened three times now It s so stressful and frustrating After finally getting through on the 4th January and complaining they allocated my car to a repairer who is 27 miles away Hard to believe that Hastings uses such a bad company as their middle men

18 weeks and counting

Still haven t got my car back And I have said before they don t care don t answer their phones when they do you ll have some personally promise to look into your claim for you and will respond later that day or tomorrow only to never receive that call I honestly do not know how these people get away with the poor level of customer service they offer But then again I guess I am not the customer that would be Hastings Direct who are equally as bad at customer service as Vizion

Vizions network is the worst

Vizions network is the worst No courtesy car from them not one phone call from them as promised multiple times I agree with all the comments below from other customers Never go with Hastings direct or anyone who uses Vizions network as a third party Vizions must loose all contracts

Too Many Cooks Spoil the Broth

Terrible service These are a third party company that your insurer asks to organise repair but they can t manage that I have now been waiting 48 hours for a repairer to contact me Still nothing booked

Reported my accident and booked my repair 23rd Jan As of today 16th Feb my repair has been bounced by 4 different garages in the network and I m not even making my way up a queue I m literally no further forward I have called a number of times and this hasn t made a scrap of difference My insurer People s Choice doesn t give a four-ex either

Absolutely disgusting set of affairs with Vizion email States Please do NOT reply to this email as replies are NOT seen by our Customer Services team You are receiving this Mail because you insurer is using Vizion Network to manage your repair Blah Blah Ends withIf you no longer wish to receive updates and communication regarding your Repair Please let us know Cant get a Flipping answer on they re phones to find out about your Repair So how the Hell can you let them know ANYTHING when they DON T want to KNOW anything no matter what How they are able to Trade is beyond Comprehension

AVOID

Honestly a disaster Booked a body shop despite the shop being at full capacity and refusing delivery of the damaged vehicle The car then spent a full week at a parking lot of the towing company who were instructed by Vizion to not deliver the vehicle to the garage as to avoid being accountable for a courtesy vehicle 12 days post incident we have zero information of what is going to happen and nobody has been in touch re any courtesy vehicle Avoid this bunch at all cost
