Disgraceful

Horrific service Almost 6 months in I m still waiting for an alloy wheel to complete my repair Being told the wheel is stuck in a backlog despite it being readily available to order online next day delivery All contact is ignored Assured my 350 would be refunded 5 weeks ago Still nothing I ve never experienced such awful customer service

Utterly useless organisation

Awful experience forced by my insurers to go through vizion and they are one of the worst and most incompetent companies I ve ever had to deal with Cannot get a response by email will not pick up the phone Have designed the most pointless hub that gives no useful information My car still hasn t reached the repairer it gives no date or means of contact but has moved 3x steps so far despite nothing actually happening

What a horrible experience Car was in an accident Was asked to send photos of the damage Was given a list of authoised repairers so choose the nearest Repair hub never updated had to keep phoning to find out what was happening Was given 5 different completion dates finally got the car back after 2 months Paintwork poor not prepared painted over stone chips leaving dimples in the paint Bumper not fixed back on properly Rubber trim under bonnet missing Car was filthy inside Hope we never need to use again

Awful communication no local repairers

Awful communication No local repairer on their system I kept being offered garages that were 90 minutes or more away who wouldn t therefore give me a courtesy car as I was out of area I had to escalate my complaint multiple times find my own local garage It took 6 weeks of continual chasing stress to eventually get my car fixed Vision gave a very poor service

Appalling service

This company had my vehicle into repair Told me it would be 3 days It has now been 7 weeks and they still don t have all the parts so may be another 2 weeks Appalling Have repeatedly lied to me on the phone and have refused to escalate my complaint Stay away from them

Shocking service

Shocking service - promised 3 weeks ago to provide an update - emailed them - response was we ve emailed the repairer to contact you - thst s your job - especially when i ve had to chase you 3 weeks after YOU promised a responseDo not get back to you - shame i can t change them but the insurance company chose them

No fault accident yet they don t care

No fault accident and By my understanding they took roughly 5000 to handle my repair Initial dealing was ok but after the repair wasn t satisfactory and it was sent back for rectification and still not satisfactory 2 independent reports The only response I get are when I chase them or the insurer It s getting on 11 months since the accident and my vehicle isn t acceptable I really think my insurer needs to review the contract with Vizion I personally can distinguish between a 3 party and the Insurer but in effect it s one and the same Vizion is damaging my insurer reputation as far as I m concerned

What a joke

What a joke My car was hit whike parked and had minor body damage tocthe front bumper but as a result the car wouldn t start and needed more works completed Vision said they could cover the body work but not the steering issues my excess is 1 010 so didn t make sense to claim on works that cost way less the the excess so I cancelled the claim Bearing in mind it took vision 6 weeks to sent an engineer to assess which resulted in them not fixing the full issue I cancelled the claim on the 1st of October The repairs cost me 3 000 and has taken 3 months in total since I saw my car last Today I rang the garage as I want my car and informed me I would have to pay the 1 010 excess on top of the 3 000 I paid them Apparently vision never told the body shop I had cancelled and they carried out the works Now I still don t have my car and their holding my car hostage I will be going tovthe financial ombudsman This is a joke and affecting me in so many ways

Aviva offered me 5 local garages all

Aviva offered me 5 local garages all within 20 miles of my home and 3 within 10 miles You then contacted me and asked me to take the car to Brockford Accident Repair Centre Ltd 54 miles away I got no explanation for this and wounder if you or the person that tried to arrange my repair had some incentive to try and send me so far from where I live

If I could give them no stars I would I was in accident 6 days ago and they work on behalf as the middle person between the storage unit for cars and the garage I choose They gave the garage the incorrect number to sort out a delivery on Friday for my car to be sent to them to get sorted It s now Tuesday and my car is still sat in storage because vision tell me there funds haven t been released to pay the garage and storage unit I have a courtesy car in my policy and I can t get that until my car lands in the garage I ve been out of work due to no veichle The garage have a car for me but can t give me it until the car lands in the garage Absolutely shocking I m out of pocket in every possible way
