Need to learn some customer care skills
Originally spoke with two really helpful members of the team this morning to try and organise the transportation of my car from a compound to a garage after it was stolen and subsequently recovered by the police Vision have not been able to find a garage for my car to go into however i am concerned they are not actively looking either Every day my car is in the compound is money After calling to chase this again I came across the delightful Andrew from vision Network Andrew had no empathy skills and is seriously lacking in customer care Andrew did not listen to my situation and just advised that it had be escalated to the allocations team what do you want me to do Andrew clearly doesn t want to be at work He also told me i couldn t speak to anyone above him as they would just give me the same response as him However i did speak with a team leader who actually made the effort to chase further garages whilst she put me on hold Ill update progress on my contact involvement with Vision Network
