Need to learn some customer care skills

Originally spoke with two really helpful members of the team this morning to try and organise the transportation of my car from a compound to a garage after it was stolen and subsequently recovered by the police Vision have not been able to find a garage for my car to go into however i am concerned they are not actively looking either Every day my car is in the compound is money After calling to chase this again I came across the delightful Andrew from vision Network Andrew had no empathy skills and is seriously lacking in customer care Andrew did not listen to my situation and just advised that it had be escalated to the allocations team what do you want me to do Andrew clearly doesn t want to be at work He also told me i couldn t speak to anyone above him as they would just give me the same response as him However i did speak with a team leader who actually made the effort to chase further garages whilst she put me on hold Ill update progress on my contact involvement with Vision Network

Denied a hire car

I was denied a hire car because of some criteria and this got lost between my insurer and Vizion meaning it was almost a week until I was sorted Finally when the car was collected the repairer communicated well with me to keep me informed as to progress

Disappointing experience

Disappointingly it took more than six weeks to repair my car It was inconvenient time consuming and costly The fuel used to and from the repair unit approximately ninety miles was not replenhished as stated

It s good to talk

Quality of the work is good which is why I went there but communication regards timescales and delays is non existent Repair initially advised to be approx 7 days took 3 weeks with the only update was from me calling them to find out what was going on after 2 weeks In the end the repair was almost 3 weeks

Car repair

At first contact the person I spoke with appeared not to understand where I lived Cornwall and was sending me 50 miles away to Devon for my car repair when there was an approved body shop only 12 miles away I had to contact them to get the location changed After that it went smoothly enough

Customer Service is exemplary at BMW Car Accident Repair Centre Hersden Canterbury Kent From start to finish Kiya and her colleague kept me informed of what was happening and I can t speak highly enough of them However when I collected the car yesterday I was very pleased with the results of the repairs to doors and bodywork but when driving back to my house experienced a number of problems with the onboard computer system It came up with various alarm alerts on the screen stating that the boot was open the bonnet was open I was driving in neutral the key fob battery was discharged etc As soon as I reached home I sent an email to Kiya at BMW to explain the problems and within a very short space of time a technician Andrew telephoned me to enquire about the problems He suggested that I bring the car to BMW ARC anytime today which I did Andrew was available for me within 5 minutes and immediately took the car to be checked with the diagnostic equipment He then returned the car to me saying that everything was in order and that he had replaced the battery in the key fob So although there were a few minor problems with the car when I collected it BMW ARC staff went out of their way to rectify this within 24 hours The service there is first class and very professional I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them
