Pay a bit mor for better customer care and higher tax returns

- Low customer service at least the tax advisor quite arrogant I do not expect super smily person but at least equal communication without feeling someone is looking from above at me - Cheap but not worth as no one cares how much you get back- No space for tax optimization the company I switched to managed tax return 1 200 Euros instead of - VLH that got me 500 to barely cover the costs - Hard to terminate if you don t cancel your membership immediately after the declaration you have to pay for one more year - Overall seems to be shady as you are not paying for tax advisory but membership fee - that was first warning sign that I should have listened to

Expensive and charging fee without providing service

I don t like the fact that they charge you even without using their service annual fee Besides the more you earn the more you pay Why Is it more difficult to file my taxes I would rather pay for completed task and not membership model Tax consultant was ok but not really going into details about possible tax saving opportunities Now with non-complicated apps where you can fairly easy manage your taxes I see this service irrelevant
