Send them to prison
I ve emailed for 4 months for a refund for items I purchased for a vacation back in April it s July They don t send your orders they don t refund you I hope they go to prison for selling the knock off stuff they sell that they don t actually ship out

Zero stars is not an option
Zero stars is not an option so I waited on my item a week past it s longest expected arrival date I emailed customer service and received a automated response After doing this several times I asked them to cancel my order I finally got a response saying it hadn t even been shipped yet but they cannot cancel the order Everyone needs to understand that items are coming from overseas and nothing can be returned I will never buy from again and this item is going in the garbage

if you had minus stars on here that s what I would give them ordered a Mercedes watch it did arrive but was nothing like the pictures shown it was a total piece of crap emailed customer service several times asking for a refund but so far have had no reply so much for their 60 day full refund policy BE WARNED DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Never received merchandise
I have ordered from Wanelo several times in the past and when I don t receive my merchandise I usually get resolution refunded back money although it may take a long time to resolve my latest order has been a horrible experience I will never order from this company again I placed 2 orders back in November and December The orders state they re still processing I have sent about 10 emails to their customer service department because you can only contact them by email My issue has not been resolved they stopped replying and I have not received the merchandise or a refund They supposedly have a 100 guarantee and full refund for their policy but that s all but true because I still don t have either I feel robed

terrible website no customer service
i put in my credit card number and it said oof information incorrect it wasn t tried another debit card said the 3 didget security number was wrong it wasn t called the customer service number they would get back in 24 hours great called the san francisco store no answer terrible website no help my correct information was deemed incorrect which is frustrating and NO customer service to help out big pain ridiculously inefficient zero help forget it if i can t even get it ordered how bad will it be GETTING the item NO terrible site

Purchased my item 2 10 to be delivered 3 15 As of today 3 27 still no item and Wanelo has no idea when it will be delivered What they fail to realize it that I m a federal government employee who will have their asses thoroughly investigated and shut down permanently if I determine any form of fraudulent correspondence They have truly ran up the wrong tree with me Stay tuned

I order pair of sunglasses in November 2022 and it is May and I have not received anything says it is still processing and Wanelo says they can t issue a refund because they have not heard from the seller I think we should get togther and sue for breach of contract
