Fake products

I ve bought some X-pression Ultra Braid hair from Wapalli but unfortunately it s fake I ve contacted X-pression to be 100 sure and they informed me Wapalli is not one of their resellers and their so-called X-pression is indeed fake I then contacted Wapalli and complained about this asking nicely for them to refund my expenses along with covering the return shipping costs since it s their responsibility to assure that the customers recieve the product they are buying But whoever I was in contact with they never gave me a name was extremely rude and kept insisting that the hair is genuine even though I sent them my correspondence with X-pression They won t pay for the return shipping and it s impossible to have a decent conversation with them All I can do is warn others Stay away from this horrible business They are scamming their customers and they have no scruples about doing so
