These goose-steppers have alienated their viewers with their nazi-like take-down practices Taking down every fan s ode to their mouse jedi comic book hero wasn t enough for their power trip Now they are ignoring the law and targeting people selling their genuine items The mouse and co got too big for their boots and your movies are flopping Burn the viewer and all you get is empty seats

Went to play my Injustice 2 Game on mobile and they banned my account for no reason Accusing a 4 year player who has dropped well over 500 on this game of using exploits with no proof is absurd I have been with a high ranking league since I started this game and they have helped me grow Warner Brothers are a bunch of scammers It sucks that your greedy company bought out NRS because you are single handedly ruining their games You guys have the right name because you need to Warn A Brother about your misleading policies and thievery

I got scammed by WB Games for 250

Contacted them about the new Mortal Kombat 1 not running at all on my PC my computer far exceeds the recommended specs The port is lazy doesn t work at all for some like myself and has lag and stutter for others Support recommended I update my drivers I have a high-end rig so you would assume I know how to do all of that anyway but doesn t hurt to suggest and then just pointed me to the report a bug page When none of this helped I was basically told there was nothing they could do No sorry here s some compensation we are looking into this issue and we are terribly sorry Nothing For the 90 PREMIUM edition of the game I have been an adamant supporter of Netherealm Always get the premium edition of their games always sink many hours in on PC and Console and this is how they treat one of their loyal customers Do yourself a favor and avoid buying any of their and WB games products they don t deliver or care about you

Well I thought I was going to be able to NAME AND SHAME Warner Bros on this site but I see I m way at the back of the queue I ll just have to look elsewhere I m a bit of a novice on Trustpilot But not a novice in life At 63 yrs old I think I can say this is the worst customer service I ve ever experienced Bought a DVD set from Warner Bros on line and received the wrong set in the post Warner Bros are being OBTUSE TO BUT IT MILDLY to my queries about their mistake 0 10 for customer service The good thing about being 63 is that you know lots of people I m actively telling everyone who will listen how bad Warner Bros are Send to all 15 12 23 So Warner Bros continue to be obtuse and stall regarding my issue However they have now stopped patronising me by telling me that they have sent me the right DVD set and I simply need to look at the product correctly They have now said they will look into the issue Big of them I think Trouble is this DVD set needed to be with me by 18 12 23 as I go abroad then The plan being to take the DVD set with me as a present All of which I ve explained to Warner Bros but which seems to have fallen on deaf and presumably incompetent ears Still 0 10 for customer service I feel I ll be updating this review for a while Watch this space 16 12 23 Sent another email to Warner Bros yesterday as my issue remains unresolved - no reply I guess big corporate just ignoring you is an easy option for them as most people will eventually just get fed up and shut up But there are some people who are called PARANOID LITAGANTS who just go on and on and on and on Bit like The Terminator is that a WB movie Watch this space 18 12 23 OMG still nothing from WB I ve emailed them again I m actually at a bit of a loss what to do next I think it will have to be a formal letter of complaint to their CEO I find that sometimes works What a waste of time especially at this v busy time of year 20 12 23 Latest update from WB - they are still looking into it 26 12 23 Still looking into it Nonsense I m going to need to think of a new strategy Watch this space 11 01 24 A new year but still an old problem WB have now come back to me The reason the DVD set I was sent did not contain digital downloads is that that product no longer exists That s despite the fact that they are advertising it and they took my money for it Oh well simples I ll get a refund - yes No I have been offered a 15 discount off A FUTURE PURCHASE Unbelievable I really must be getting old I m my day when you had fcuked up you said sorry first Then here is your money back in full and here is a discount off a future purchase as a good will gesture Then say sorry again Nope I am clearly a dinosaur Obviously I ve told WB to go where the sun don t shine - so watch this space

Warner Brothers Digital Services Purchased a BLU-RAY Digital Code for Batman The Long Halloween Deluxe Edition from Target It was advertised as BLU-RAY Digital Code for Batman The Long Halloween Deluxe Edition A few days after Christmas I tried using the Digital Code Unfortunately every time I tried entering the code I received This offer has expired After reviewing the insert with the digital code it stated REDEEM DIGITAL CODE BY 9 30 2023 This information was not on the outside cover or outside of the wrapped Blu-Ray That information should be on the outside of the Blu-Ray not inside that both the vendor Target or the customer myself find this out after the fact I did send an email to Warner Brothers and their Digital Customer Care wrote and email back that they couldn t help me I did email them back and state that I was returning the item This was Warner Brothers fault for not disclosing the expiration date on the package hence the one star If I could give them a ZERO I would This Blu-Ray was for my son

Purchased Cry Macho December 11th 2023 4k Blu Ray Digital Combination as a Family Christmas Gift We did not open the Movie until January 6th 2024 finding out that the Digital Copy expired December 31st 2023 Contacted Digital Support via e-mail only then to get a response back saying Sorry it is expired and there is nothing we can do about it I m sorry but there is something you can do about it you just CHOOSE not to
