Hearing check-up
It took quite some time to persuade my husband to get a hearing health check Stewart was seen by Donald who was friendly professional and thorough We were pleased to learn that Stewart s hearing was in very good shape but Donald took the time to explain and show us the internal workings of the ear Highly recommended

Excellent treatment and advice Happy ears
I had been considering where to go for a hearing check for a while and my decision to choose Waves Hearing was spot on Donald was very easy to talk to and very professional He gave me a very thorough examination and talked me through the testing process putting my mind at ease He has an amazing computer model of the ear and explained exactly what happens to your hearing over time He knows his stuff and I cannot recommend him highly enough Thank you Donald

Brilliant experience
I visted Waves for the first time today and I was so impressed I would thoroughly recommend that anyone with any ear hearing concerns make an appointment to see Donald He s extremely knowledgeable and a super nice guy Excellent treatment and advice My ears are very happy

Very professional and explained
Donald was recommended to me by a work colleague and I am eternally grateful From the minute I arrived I was welcomed and made to feel very at ease Donald has an amazing way of explaining what was be done and he takes the time to listen and answer all your questions My ears are absolutely amazing now and he has given some amazing advice about how to manage my tinnitus The self care and medical profession needs a whole load more Donalds If you re thinking of going to see him then do not hesitate a moment longer You will not regret it

Excellent
Met the lovely Donald So professional friendly and made me feel at ease from first meeting him Cleared what wax was in my right ear eek He did a hearing test and noticed that my hearing was not 100 but due to just getting over covid poss congestion in my ear We have agreed to do a follow up appointment to assess this area in a couple of months

Donald is excellent He was welcoming friendly professional and reassuring He took the time to explain the microsuction process and talked me through it as he went along Fantastic results Wax all gone painless stress free and effective I can hear again He also gave me great tips on how to continue looking after my ears Many thanks Donald Highly recommend for anyone with ear issues
