We have wanted a hot tub for a while after buying a Clever Spa initially I did a great deal of research before we decided to visit Wellis Sussex I identified that Wellis is the leading hot tub manufacturer in Europe They are quality made and all come with a decent warranty We eventually selected the Palermo Premium We got great customer service from Tony at the store If your looking for a great hot tub call Wellis Sussex you certainly wont go wrong

Reviewing Wellis Danube W-Flow Had this swimspa for approx 3 months I swim more than expected it works really well Don t regret it it s the best thing I ve ever purchased Received truly amazing customer service from Gemma She went above and beyond to make the dream of owning a swimspa happen and provided excellent support throughout the process including helping me find reliable tradesmen and being on had to help with all queries Can t recommend enough she is a star I m generally happy with the quality of the product but having a small aesthetic issue I am still waiting on a response regarding this and hope it will be fixed Overall great product

We had our swim spa installed in November for our daughter to start enjoying hydrotherapy again After a few days Stuart called from wellis sussex to see if everything was running smoothly and said that we could call anytime for help and advice Stuart was very knowledgeable and helpful and assured me that they will always be there if we need help with anything We are enjoying the swim spa and its me great for our daughter Thank you

We ordered our Amazonas SwimSpa from Wellis Sussex and throughout the process from trying the spa in the show room ordering delivering and installing the whole process has been very easy We had a few teething issues in the first couple of weeks but with the quick support and help from Wellis Sussex they were all quickly resolved Great product great support
