The five stars are for customer service in sorting out a slight problem with two pairs of wellingtons which were sent by mistake with the rest of my order which were fine I found that I could return the wrong two pairs free of charge and the ladies in customer service were able to get the two pairs of wellingtons which should have been sent speedily on their way
