These gov phones wiko suck I mean I m glad that our government recognizes the need to supply the people but these phones are garbage I just got mine a couple weeks ago and the cursor is all over the place and there s no way to adjust the sensitivity if I barely move my thumb or finger it moves completely across the screen and there s no way to zero in on what it is I m trying to click on it s like a shot in the dark a crap shoot literally because these are crappy phones and I wouldn t have it if it hadn t been given to me free I certainly would never buy one and if I did I d be pissed and want my money back garbage garbage garbage

if i could give this phone minus 10 stars i would the absolute biggest piece of crap ever invented your better off with an 80s flip phone dont buy or even get for free this phone makes you want to commit suicide its so horrible id rather send smoke signals than try to call anyone on this piece

Phones that aren t even worth your money despite being budget

I went into this believing this was a reliable company as it was French with decent reputation support unlike Chinese or Indian brands however I m very disappointed with my phone despite using it as a secondary phone My Wiko Power which I nearly paid 200 for feels terrible value for money - 2 3GHz Octa Core 4GB RAM performs terrible these following specs are literally better than my iPhone 11 yet perform 10 times slower - Unusable cameras didn t expect much but reminds me of an old LG smartphone back in 2013 speaking of which this makes the Face ID feature useless since the front-camera is so bad - Awfully low brightness even when turned all the way up brightness still looks average I can only praise this Wiko s phones for their additional earbuds despite feeling cheap and light screen protector case and their prices even so I wouldn t even recommend this brand I deeply wish I could return my phone if I could

My desktop from the 90 s was faster than this phone When you open an app you might as well walk away and do something then come back Better hope you don t need to urgently call someone Apps constantly crash makes my job miserable and I cannot wait to have the money to buy the phone that I want Other little dumb things like the voicemail notification goes off after clearing over and over even though I have no new voicemails

WORSE PHONE EVER

This phone is a total piece of garbage It does nothing but bleed cash from your pocket for the purchase Dropped calls terrible sound freezing glitching random rebooting and an upload restart loop that the phone gets stuck in that you cannot get it out of Phone often get stuck in recovery mode for no reason at all Wi-Fi is horrible and so is the mobile data If someone bought this phone for you as a gift they don t give a damn about you This phone excels doing nothing you want or need it too Mobile store won t even take a return because they know it s a total piece of trash

Don t even bother w this phone

I bought one of their phones the viko voix It s been one of the worst experiences I ve had w a personal cell phone It crashes and freezes OFTEN You can be in the middle of an app and you ll have to clear everything and start over The battery life is probably no more than 2 9r 3 hrs depending on use The phone requires you to buy a case because you re going to drop it time and again And the os is super slow and extremely laggy Whomever designed this device did a horrible job and introduced a very subpar phone Stay away if possible You ll regret it if you don t

Apps that are installed wont keep

Apps that are installed wont keep running even though they have unrestricted status SD card reader stops working when sd card is still installed I would not have bought the phone if I known all the problems it has Would never recommend this phone to anyone

Terrible

So I Brought This Phone A Couple Weeks Havent Even Had It A Month Yet And Everything About It Is Terrible I m with metro PCS by the way Phone blinks on and off until it cuts off by itself And Restart Slow Data No Data And I Pay 70 A Month I Paid 75 For It because I had An Upgrade Available Never Again Very Soon I Will Be Getting A New Phone

Terrible reception dropped calls

Greetings it constantly drops calls it has horrible reception wherever I am honestly why do I pay for phone service if it drops the calls what s the use I hate to even answer the phone cause I cant hear the person on the lineare you going to tell me the folks metro pcs are not aware of these issues and do nothing about it I m assuming your ok ripping people off who purchase this phone i want my money back or another phone This phone is Horrible maybe two cans and string would work better
