Wiseprofits com fraudulent service

July 22 2024 I clicked on a link in Facebook which showed Ursula von der Leyen of the European Comission being quoted as wanting to establish a 2000 euro basic income for all European citizens Curiously this led me to wiseprofits com which offered more info if a phone number was provided This should have been the first sign of some irregularity but I thought it harmless to follow the trail I did provide my name and number and was called a fellow called Issac Abraham I was persuaded to sign up on their platform to see how profits could be made in the forex market with the guidance of the company Signing up involved depositing at least 250 euros and providing identification In my case I transferred 250 euros from my Visa card through an intermediary company called Interagio and provided a scan of my driving license I explicitly asked whether withdrawing funds was possible and easy to do Yes the platform had a button for the option of withdrawal Within days I was contacted via local Cyprus numbers by a certain Jeff White who was the financial advisor He ran me through a simple process of opening a few trading positions on the website Days later I decided I was not interested in continuing with this form of trading I closed the trading positions that were running in my account without any losses but could not close the account itself None of the local numbers they had been calling me with worked The customer support email did not respond I tried the platform for a withdrawal which was automatically cancelled The whole platform does not have an option to close an account 2 weeks passed and Jeff White finally got hold of me wanting to continue our trading sessions I immediately expressed my wish to terminate my account This was met with questions and arguments and a heated conversation ending with a slammed phone when I insisted that closing the account and withdrawing the deposit was the only option As things stand I am still signed up on the platform and can neither close the account nor withdraw the deposit The people you will deal with will persuade you that there is no out arguing that you cannot refuse to make profits And as things stand August 8 2024 there is no venue through which to retrieve the deposit or close my account On August 12 an agent got hold of me by phone The voice was seemingly the same as the other two agents I had spoken to the accent and the attitude also the same but the name now different Again I said I want to withdraw and close the account This time he wanted Bank details to integrate into my account with wiseprofits This I refused and after insisting that the deposit I made should return to the card it had come from he somehow evaded that and tried to persuade me to use Coinsdrom to transfer an equal amount as my deposit to an unknown destination in order to release my deposit I said there was only 120 euros available at the card source He said let s try with that I went along with this devious maneuver and for all I know the 120 euros disappeared from my account without a trace who took them and where they are I do not know Admitting a mistake had happened this agent then said we should try again I m assuming with more money Alternatively wiseprofits would credit my deposit with an extra 120 euros for more leverage to trade He just would not let me get out of their system
