Having been using With Jack for a year I recently made a claim which was dealt with such ease it made renewing a no brainer

I was surprised that whilst With Jack is totally independent the cost of such comprehensive cover was around the same as other insurers through comparison sites I was super impressed when I got email replies answering my questions within a matter of minutes no pesky waiting queues at call centres What really clinched it for me was the fact they don t apply fees for change of details and are understanding when setting up direct debits for the first time no immediate you have defaulted letters that scare the life out of you Ashley followed up a year after I signed up with nothing but helpful recommendations and I ended up happily adding to the existing cover Simple fast and effective service that makes me feel at ease knowing I m well insured - and I know Ashley would be there to help if I needed anything Wouldn t consider moving insurers now and that s coming from someone who jumps between providers yearly for price savings
