Wand stopped working after using it about a dozen times and wizardswands com will not offer a person to help with an exchange or refund Instead they use an apparent automated responses from a Sarah Avery email to stall and avoid honoring their refund policy I recommend not purchasing from this site

Scam Ordered and never received Emailed and keep getting the same response from Sarah Avery I will check on this and get back to you That is the response every single time I have emailed I have asked for a customer service phone number or for them to simply refund my and cancel the order and they refuse to acknowledge I Just receive the same exact response every time It s been over 6 months now and I have emailed them about 20 times now
