Product is not friendly for new beginners videos are very fast and not easy to follow Furthermore when I scanned the QR code it brought me to the wrong instructions for the item I was attempting to crochet I contacted the company and heard nothing back As the product cost almost 600 kr I decided it was not worth the money and returned the set They received the item on October 16th and I didn t hear anything from them about the status of the return My 3 emails about the status went unanswered and it was only when I contacted them on the chat function that they said it can take 14 days to process the return Bad customer service and definitely not worth the time or money
