Ordered towbar that s in stock

Ordered towbar that s in stock well over a week and still not even posted very bad long lasting info on what s happening and no info on when can expect delivery z only info is it should be send today few days later it should be send in 4 daysAvoid customer service non existent on WhatsApp phone not answered emails late on answer and no delivery date as no postage date

Order no communication or delivery

I ordered a chassis extension three weeks ago but no delivery notice forget about the product itself Asked for delivery update perhaps a 1 review helps

Trike Carrier fault not rectified

I ordered a Trike carrier back in August 2024and was delivered on time Unfortunately there was a crack in the rear light lens and the tow ball hitch mechanism fell apart I contacted them by e-mail and had an apology They said they would replace the parts and send me them as soon as possible It is now February 2025 and still no replacement parts I have sent numerous e-mails to them asking for an update to which they have now stopped answering I am really annoyed with this company and suggest people do not buy from it because if you require after sales service it is non exsitent
