Great Product Range and Customer Service
Dropped into Yamaha Music London for some advice on buying a digital piano and received excellent service from Jonah Raes There is an extensive product range and Jonah was able to expertly guide me through the different models on show and recommend the right model for me including choice of headphones Paper work was dealt with efficiently and the piano was delivered and installed 48 hour later I am delighted with the piano it sounds and looks fantastic just what I was looking for I wouldn t hesitate to recommend Yamaha Music London

Excellent Customer Service
Unfortunately the FGX5 that I d bought three weeks previously developed a fault on the electronics pick-up and I contacted Customer Services to see what could be done I spoke to Tommy Benn and he dealt with the issue in a very prompt and efficient manner He arranged for a replacement to be dispatched and the defective guitar to be collected It took less than 24 hours from first contact with Tommy to a replacement guitar being delivered - first class customer services thank you
