The best seafood i ve ever had

I ve become a regular customer of Yama seafood over the past few months I can tell you that the quality of their fish is superb And their customer service is always very helpful if i have a question

First impressions - Salmon Toro and Bluefin Otoro

Found out about Yama Seafood about 4 years ago and finally found time to give them a try since I now have a Yanagiba Ordered 2 different Salmon Toro belly 1 Bluefin Otoro and real wasabi - tubed Delivery was spot-on no complaints Packaging was fantastic ice cold cushioned and a dry-ice pack Taste - Immaculate with the real wasabi Paired very well with my homemade sushi rice to make nigiriFinal thoughts - Will do this again but maybe go for Chutoro instead because the Otoro is very overpowering in fat and oil Good experience though

I ve been ordering from Yama for years both commercially and personally They are the best there is Quality is always top notch and packaging is always pristine and at the correct temperature Being able to personally pick up the order and not worry about minimums or case sizes is perfect for small orders or making sushi at home

I usually buy BlueFina tuna from another on-line source which has been great I friend in the NYC Hospitality business told me about you and wowza - much better flavor texture

fantastic fish clean sweet juicy no so called fishiness just luscious fish fat I ve had online Sslmkn from 2 other vendors this is best

Products were great fresh and delicious Wish UPS were more transparent and truthful - they delayed shipment by a day and refused to take any sort of responsibility Thankfully the temperature of everything was still good Thanks to Yama for packaging well to ensure freshness
