THE PRO S AND CONS OF ONLINE SHOPPING

THE WEBSITE IS EASY TO USE DELIVERY IS BRILLIANT BUT THE CLOTHES WHEN THEY ARRIVE ARE A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT BEING A LARGER LADY THE SIZE I NEED CAN ONLY BE BOUGHT ONLINE SO I HAVE TO PAY DELIVERY FEE S THEN IF I HAVE TO SEND ANYTHING BACK I HAVE TO PAY 1 00 PER ITEM I AM RETURNING UP TO 6 ITEMS I HAVE TO BUY TWO OF EACH SIZE TO SEE WHAT FITS BEST WHICH IS A PROBLEM IN ITSELF AS THE SIZING IS ALL OVER THE PLACE I CAN RETURN THEM TO THE SHOP FREE OF CHARGE BUT IT S NOT RIGHT I NEED TO BUY ONLINE BUT CANT RETURN THEM FREE

Good choice poor quality

I love the clothes choice on yours clothing That said recently I ve noticed the quality is getting worse and worse I bought a hoodie and some underwear in the last few months The hoodie had a hole under each arm when it arrived and the underwear seam split on the first day I wore it It s had to go in the bin as the whole elastic top came off

Third time lucky

My first order was sent with the wrong size but tagged with the correct size label The store reordered as the fault was not with me I was happy to receive the new order but my size was still not correct trying again tomorrow for a ee fit

Poor quality stitching

The shirt wasn t made very well There was a hole in the side seam Lovely colour design though

Next Day delivery orders often arrive

Next Day delivery orders often arrive days late when this is brought to their attention there response is we are not responsible etc they have a contract with yodel and it is there responsibility to ensure the courier is delivering the service that customers have paid for I am still waiting for a delivery due three days ago on a next day service and now have to argue with them for a full refund The quality of the clothing is poor for the price charged and this is definetly my last order with them

Very poor customer service

The dress that arrived was not as described It should have been a stripe pattern but it was floral All over pansies to be exact I actually like it and will keep it I tried to contact Yours by email to advise them that the description was wrong but the email bounced back I tried an on-line contact form - they don t monitor them any more I tried on-line chat but the chat-bot would only send me a link to return the item Very poor customer service

My recent order arrived ahit and miss sizings replacement

My recent order arrived as replacement for previous order that were too large When I ordered the same item in smaller size they were actually bigger than the previous order think they may have been wrongly labelled Prompt delivery and good quality but sizes are a bit hit and miss Ordered twice Returned twice Not sure if I ll be ordering anything soon

Sizing in correct

As with all your clothing they re coming up big Having lost a considerable amount of weight it s clear that now I need to try before I buy The top its self was ok but your sizing needs looking at From being in a size 30 I m now down to a 20 22 depending where I buy This top has been returned to the Leeds store and refund given Size 22 24 was way too big and looked horrible as was the size 20 the front came well below my bra Please check your sizing both tops came past my knees more like a dress

Poor sizing design fit

Despite having ordered EEE Fit all 4 pairs none of them fitted The boots shoes were along way short of being wide enough I couldnt even get my toes in The sandals were wide overall long enough but despite having elasticated backs to them they were too short between the elasticated back even at full stretch the stem between my big second toe which meant it cut into my foot between my toes pushed my heel over the back of the sandal Incorrect spacing in the design for all 4 pairs My order of 1 pair if boots 1 pair of shoes 2 pairs of sandals arrived quickly but we re all squashed tightly in a plastic bag I agree it cuts down on packaging but the outer bag was badly torn because of being stretched too tight which made it very difficult to return all the items in the same bag

Disappointed

I was very disappointed with my recent order The trainers had clearly been worn by someone as they were scuffed and marked The lining to the Jacket was made from cheap scratchy material and could not be worn without something covering your arms The bra s had no support at all I only kept the jeans as they were a nice fit hence 2 stars and not 1
