Items were dispatched swiftly

Items were dispatched swiftly I was able to create the return easily online but could not see an option to do so for free Consequently I opted for the most convenient option for me which is pick up from my house This was supposed to happen yesterday but was first moved then cancelled to be done today I haven t been given any time window though So I need to be at home on a different date i chose and pay for the processing I realise that this is not under YOURS CLOTHING s control but if I pay for the return I would expect it to run a bit more smoothly otherwise I would have given 5 stars

Communication was very good regarding

Communication was very good regarding the despatch and delivery day however I had chosen to collect at a local post office Yours was using Yodel to deliver and offered me various post office options when I went to pick it up at my local post office that was on the list the assistant told me they don t take deliveries from Yodel and if they received anything else from them they would return it They still had my parcel and I got it ok Just something to be aware of

Plenty of choice

Plenty of choice clothing reasonably priced delivery time of items is good the down side is no refund on the delivery charge when returning an item it s not like going into shop and trying on the clothes when ordering on line you hope it will fit but if it doesn t you are being charged 2 99 or more for returning the item there no other way to see if it s right until you try it on

The service choice and quality is amazing Amazing fast delivery too My only issue is that as a disabled pensioner I found it very difficult to return items that were too big for me My nearest shop is 33 miles away and I don t have a printer to do a label

Love this longline biker jacket

Love this longline biker jacket - knocked off one star because it was very creased and very difficult to iron - I used a t towel and got most of the creases out but it took a long time Fits lovely and great price point
