Do not recommend

Ordered 2 belts 1st was massive 2nd didn t even have holes so was defective Customer service said they d add a note to not charge the 1 99 return fee but I was still charged it Won t be ordering from there again

I accidently deleted the email so don t have the reference number for a return I forgot my password so had hit the reset password option twice in half an hour no password reset email sent E-mailed instead saying that I needed the reference number the reply was an email advising how to return absolute shambles no option to speak to anyone will never use this company again

Still haven t had my delivery Wanted the dress for my mums funeral and still hasn t arrived So had to go out and get something quickly as I had nothing to wear Fuming is an understatement

Delivery spot on no problems return for refund rubbish Saud do not have printet for labrl ignorred went to lical shop with label on mobile NO left outside flat for pick up NO so posted and paid it myself for 3rd time on returning other parcels for you to charge me again gor yoyr non exitjbg postage deductibg if from my bill Never again

Disappointed

Delivery was perfect but clothes are rubbish quality one dress was wrong size one was shorter at the bavk than the front so didn t even bother trying on It s all bring sent bavk so very disappointed and eont be ordering again

I ve been disappointed again I ordered a pair of trousers linen mix they are so thin and long why can t you do trousers for shorter people we are not all model with long legs

Skinny Jeans Become Baggy

Bought supposed skinny jeans within an hour of wearing them I found they became loose fit on knees and thighs I am not slim in these areas which proves how poor fit these are certainly not slim fit jeans - I was wearing them for whole day around 11 hours

I need to return my purchases as they are wrong fit I am trying to generate a qr code but every time I fill in my details of order number and email address it s saying not found so cannot oroceed with returning my items I have used the help twice and twice they said someone will email me but have heard nothing This is very frustrating as I need help

Super disappointed- ordered 2 different

Super disappointed- ordered 2 different pairs of Ava maternity skinny jeans one distressed one regular Even though both jeans were Ava s and both were skinny jeans the sizing was incredibly different between the two- one fit great but this pair was too tight for functionality at least an entire size difference I returned the small pair as well as one other item and was shocked at the 22 return label fee US order I don t feel such an extreme return fee should apply to identically described jeans that were sized entirely differently I have seen similar complaints here Not worth the risk of me ordering anything else from this store
