Sizing not correct

Sizing not correct I ordered size 16 and way too big so was disappointed

Very poor quality

The fabric was very poor quality and gave the dress a very cheap look making them poor value for money The photo of it makes it look much nicer Not happy that I had to pay 1 99 to return such poor quality products

I would not purchase these again

I had to purchase these online because my local store did not have any They told my husband that they were no longer stocking these leggings in store in the larger sizes I was somewhat bemused by this because they are known for being suppliers for larger women I was disappointed with the quality of the fabric used They are so thin and I personally felt expensive I will not be purchasing these again

Trouser length wrongly labelled

Ordered some trousers I ordered extra short trousers brilliant fit BUT even though the label said EXTRA SHORT they were extra LONG it is not the first time this has happened I am having to cut off about 8 inches and put a hem on them myself before I can wear them

I d hate to think of the consequences of doing sport whilst wearing these sports bras

The products whilst as advertised were woefully inadequate for the job they ve been created to do There s no way they re ever going to hold in up or control anything over a C cup the material just isn t up to it

the dresses i ordered were far to long

the dresses i ordered were far to long for me so i am trying to return them but you need the original invoice which you say was included in the parcel but i didnt get an invoice in the parcel so i am having to try to print it off - and also i have to pay to return it to yourselves do hope it isnt to long before i get my money returned to me Thank you

Technical Issues

What s going well Good range of clothing for plus size particularly like tops that cover below my belly Good delivery options What s not so good My online account options especially the orders section is poor there is no functionality on website or app I d logged into my account but my order didn t process against my account so I couldn t track it etc It s a shame there isn t a delivery pass option you ve taken away my local store so I now have to limit my orders to 6 items so I don t get charged more than 1 99 for returning items Please consider a basic capsule wardrobe option with plain black trousers plain tops cardigans etc that aren t too flamboyant I m struggling to find office wear that doesn t look like I m either about to wash the car or go for a night out

Delivery was speedy

Delivery was speedy Disappointingly one top was 1 too big and 2 stank The smell was putrid Really glad this needed returning Disappointed I couldn t make ref to the smell on the return form anywhere Will not be re-ordering in a smaller size due to the smell OK I could wash it first but I wanted to put it directly in hand luggage for my holiday next week and too much of a rush as Easter time Ordered 2 tops and the other one was wonderful Nice light material and the pattern on it looks even better than the picture - even hubby made a comment Wowser Generally was glad to see more choice in the cotton tops when searching

Would be nice if you gave a choice of lengths with women s trousers as we re all not 6ft tall Also why do we have to pay to have a parcel delivered then pay again for a returns if you didn t keep shutting stores down we wouldn t have to return items as we can try them on in store
