I ordered 3 items only 1 fit well and looked nicely made returns was easy and had a refund within 5 days so quite happy I know cuts of different dresses can be off but all 3 were the same size and 2 looked absolutely dreadful and massive

Clothing was as I ordered Perfect Delivery was next day as expected with yodel I knew I would be out that day and arranged to have it delivered to my neighbour at 49 I had confirmation e mail accepting this Only it was delivered to 28 and they were out for the weekend I couldn t get my parcel until the Monday which meant I didn t have it for the day I needed it It s not the 1st time I ve had trouble with yodel

I m in hospital and meeded sleep tops ASAP They arrived on the mext working day Thay were perfect apart from the nasty plastic logos manufacturers insist on attaching to sleep clothing

delivered quickly before the easter holidays so have the option of wearing them if we get some warm sunshine lovely and light too for the summer so looking forward to wearing them

Online service swiftly delivered safely Unfortunately large veritable in sizes one pie of jeans far too big another small and finally one that fit This lead to me having to visit the redditch store to return 2 pairs whilst on there I ended up making further purchases served by two wonderful staff members that were polite and professional yet friendly and funny Refund arranged promptly along with new purchases a pleasant experience with great staff members

Lazy delivery driver again

I was disappointed that the Yodel delivery person didn t actually bother to fin the correct address through sheer laziness I didn t realise until a lady on the floor above asked if I had got my parcel as it was left at hers I d actually given Yodel a 5 rating which I wish I could withdraw thank goodness I have kind and honest neighbours

Clothes are stylish and look as they appeared in the online photosPrices are reasonable There is a wide range of choice online Delivery is quick How sizes fit varies however It would be good to see more photos of larger plus size models to show how us size 22 ladies might look as well as sizes 16 - 28

Easy order awkward return

Ordering from Yours is always easy It s the returns process that can be a bit awkward I used the InPost lockers for the first time to return something I hope that Yours got my return because the instructions said I didn t have to attach anything to the outside of the parcel I did include the invoice on the inside though to make sure I wish I d opted to go to the Post Office or the branch now It would have been easier
