Easy transaction online

Easy transaction online shame about the store service I returned part of my online order as it wasn t right not a issue and sorted in seconds I also had a top my husband had purchased 14 days previously they refused a exchange as he couldn t find his receipt Wasn t asking for a refund just exchange nope Total refusal So I m done with instore and the swimsuit I was gonna purchase I purchased from Simply Be instead Think the store staff need to re check their returns policy I know 1 customer isn t going to make a difference but im genuinely gutted as I do love the clothes

I ordered 2 white size 18 and they fit

I ordered 2 white size 18 and they fit just right so i ordered 2 black size 18 but they must have been labelled wrong as they re far too tight I d undone the package and thrown wrapping away because I thought they d fit as they white ones were perfect It s put me off ordering anything else They ll stay in the draw til I throw them away now

I received the bra I ordered but the

I received the bra I ordered but the quality of the stitching was not good I wore it 3 times and the bones out of the bra popped out not impressed with it at all

The dress was advertised incorrectly

The dress was advertised as a viscose elastane mix but was actually a polyester mix If I had realised it was polyester I would not have ordered it So I wasted money on delivery and a re stock fee was added Very disappointed

Hardest return procedure ever

Thought the dress I ordered was button through but it s made to look that way And then when I tried to return it the form wouldn t accept the order number The return procedure is the one of hardest I have ever come across this would put me off reordering again

On the clothes arrival my black tshirt had an electronic tag on it therefore was unable to pack it to go on holidays

Damaged items

Hi 2 items of my order were damaged as in a massive pull in the front of the dress and silver buttons missing from around the collar of the dress so i had to send them back and was charged delivery which i didn t agree with so I m afraid I won t be ordering again Other than that the delivery was good the pick up was good

Always been a fan of yours clothing

Always been a fan of yours clothing however a few of my recent purchase the sizing has been off coming up small or too big Previously could order the size and it always fit I don t feel like I can rely on getting thr right size unless I physically call into the city centre

The sizing was not correct I am disabled and the returns process was difficult for me To add to matters l got this communication today asking how my purchase was when l am still waiting for notification of the return of my item

Not impressed

Not impressed Ordered 3 hoodie and received them all together in good time When I came to try them on one had a very weak zip and clearly won t last long A second one had a completely broken zip the teeth are so damaged it will never work Huge disappointment The third is the only one I can keep and it s actually really very nice and comfy Sadly this is not the first time I ve been sent totally unusable items from Yours Personally I wouldn t shop online from here any more if there was actually a shop close enough to get to
