I went for 3-5 day delivery as we were not going to be home delivery was next day which would normally have been fine except the courier they use left items on front doorstep Not the first time this has happened When I phone Yours they always say it s not acceptable but it still keeps happening

Incorrect Labelling and Delivered the wrong product

Ordered shoes that were listed on the site as a 42 Typically a size UK 8 They delivered me a 42 9 Was told I need to return and order again the 41 and pay the return fee as they would not accept liability I did return the shoes and made a new order for a 41 incurring a further additional delivery fee They delivered me a right shoe in 41 and a left shoe in a 39 Couldn t organise a p ss up in a brewery apparently

Both tops ordered had to go back About 4 sizes too big so I m not sure where they are getting measurements from Disappointed as no all the range online is in-store and having to pay return fees for mid sized goods isn t on

I m very disappointed

I m very disappointed with their skinny maternity jeans sizing for the diameter of the leg Thought that maybe I had received a faulty batch only to just now read a review by someone else saying the same thing I ve bought jeans from LTS before in this size that still fit so know it s right And I am also known for my super thin chicken legs in relation to my hip butt so have never had this issue before usually size up on the waist before the skinny jeans get too tight in the calf So utterly disappointed I thought my search was over I m finding it incredibly difficult to find maternity jeans that are for a tall inside leg and especially ones that are tall and not in blue denim

Do not waste your money

Shoes purchased not true to size and too small yet I am being charged to return an item Not wide fit at all and always wear the same size Disgusting All well and good offering a service to check if a fault but its still at a cost to the customer

Thieves and Scammersclothesoutdoor Please please please DO NOT buy anything from this site They are a scam ripoff I believe they are using images taken from a legit clothing site and using it as there s They appear to be making terrible copies of the cloths stealing designs I ve been trying to return the rubbish item thru sent and now they have stolen replying to emails I aim to post on as many review sites to let others be aware of these con artists who are stealing peoples money

Size 32 arrived instead of Size 12

I ordered a size 12 and when the dress arrived it had a correction hand written sized wrong label attached that nobody had noticed or corrected and so the dress is a size 30 32 I paid 5 99 for next day Royal Mail delivery which came but the wrong dress I presumably have to carry the cost of returning this incorrect dress as well as the next day delivery charge

I ordered 4 padded

I ordered 4 padded non-wired bras one product number being 662387776 Two were for my daughter and way too big The others were for me I decided to keep them as they fit ok However the padding keeps moving meaning I m forever trying to adjust them I should have known better and paid more elsewhere but thought I could trust the quality at YOURS I m so disappointed I don t have money to waste but that s exactly how I m feeling about these

Placed order yodel out for delivery Never delivered then returned to sender Found it incredibly difficult getting a refund Have to be honest don t think I will be placing a order again

Leggings

I m disappointed that you no longer stock short leg leggings in stores anymore I ordered a 28 online to be delivered to my local store but these are absolutely not short leg they are huge on me I threw the packaging away thinking I d be ok because I ve always had a 28 legging from Yours Well that was my mistake as they re not cheap either
