Awful customer service
Do not recommend especially if you are an expat they try to take advantage I would give 0 stars if that was a possibility Very expensive unprofessional and atrocious customer service especially if you have a complaint about the work they did I called in for a problem with a faucet they send me a technician that informed me that he only works on pipes and I got charged 90 euros for that The technician was actually a polite person and it s really not his fault however dealing with their customer service was an extremely frustrating experience

They broke the plumbing
My kitchen sink was clogged so my building management called Zegwaard to declog it After making an appointment they changed it one day before referring to a technical problem I couldn t do much and I agreed A young guy came on Friday morning and while declogging he broke the plumbing which runs below my studio above the gym so the gym got flooded He promised someone would come in the weekend to fix it so I called the company A girl picked up the phone and rubbed me off saying that they are very busy and she can not give me an appointment but she will call me back later that day She did not Now that my building management contacted them they gave an appointment on the 24th of October I am using a bucket below my sink since Friday and they want to leave me with it for 2 weeks although they broke it Terrible service no responsibility long waiting times I am really angry and dissappointed

If there is a zero star I could have
Not recommended Unprofessional plumer he did not know how to fix the problem water was coming from the pipe when I use the washing machine he spent time looking everywhere after 15 minutes he wanted to bring his tools from the car to spent more time up and down as is all calculated he said he fixed the clog but after the washes I have water coming out I called the company and complained they said I have to pay again 200 euros to send the plumer they are scammers for expat do not deal with this company job not completed I diffidently not recommended
