Beware worst delivery service ever
I ve ordered from Zooplus in the past and never had any issues but they have changed delivery companies to the unreliable untrustworthy and uncommunicative GLS Because they have chosen to partner with a company that is notorious for refusing to deliver packages and lying about attempting delivery it s highly possible you will not receive your order or it will arrive very late Zooplus is very hands off during this entire experience and will apologize but will not answer questions or do anything to help you get your package GLS refuses to answer phone calls respond to messages and emails and if you try to visit their office to speak to someone in person you ll discover their address is incorrect both on their website and in Google searches My order was supposed to be delivered on Monday so I took time off work and waited all day GLS never showed up Then it was supposed to be delivered Tuesday then Wednesday now Thursday maybe Since GLS has a habit of lying about attempted deliveries so they can return the package to the sender without giving customers a chance to collect their package it is unlikely I will receive the food my cat needs I originally ordered from this company because they were inexpensive and reliable but now I have to spend more than twice the price and drive into the city to buy this food from a pet store I have also had to open a claim with Paypal to get my money refunded Zooplus could have chosen to partner with another company that actually delivers packages but instead they went with GLS Never again

Appalling delivery and customer service
I ordered two items of multiple Felix wet cat food on 11th January 2020 I have ordered for the last 4 years but the service is getting worse My order details have not changed but the delivery company say they cannot find the address It is on the main IC3 a Cafe Restaurant It cannot be missed I have called Zooplus several times and the response is terrible No help at all DPD delivery is awful I have decided to change as I can get the same food through Amazon

Zooplus Paack Here we go again new order 5 boxes
Here we go again new order 5 boxes different transport companies GLS received but does not have the right transport bus to go uphill so have to go to gas station One parcel paack on 21 12 no issuesTodays parcel of course I get a message adress incorrect sounds like a broken record because the address has been correct for years Probaly a driver who does not have the time or does not want to deliver Contact number is known so if there was an issue they could have called Called to int number of zooplus and waiting for a solution because knowing the Portuguese customer service won t do anything other than the standard callcenter anders and no return feedback Another day lost waiting for parcel when is this going to stop Waiting for 8 5 hours now and still waiting See below old complains going on for 1 5 years now Soms months ago I complained See belowI thought the next order would be fine Ofcourse not An order of 300 euro s was done and was split up In 3 parcels parcel 1 delivered by paack on time great delivery staff 2 other parcels GLS was assigned again of course same issues again excuse that adres is not correct we heard that one over a year now does not work next will probaly you re not home Ofcourse zooplus charges the credit card already not reserve but charge for products who are not even delivered Maybe one day zooplus takes this serious So probaly have to call Germany again cancel credit card reorder again See below the regular issuefrequently order at zoo plus for the last 8 yearsFor the last 3 orders zooplus is using GLS to deliver in portugalWhen the order is shipped GLS has sever excuses not to deliver package got lost package was forgotten package is not in the car can t find the adres no one was home driver too busy bus is too big to go up the road bus is old bus is broken etc etcIt s like a 10 step program just not to do a deliveryWith as result days of calling to zooplus and GLS sending emails explaining and explaining taking days off to wait for a parcel 99 of the times the same excuses the same call center answers and no solutionsZooplus does not take any action just the same call center answers It s such a pity that a company that once worked fine and stood out of other companies became an time consuming frustrating experience for clientsWith no deliveries but very fast of charging a credit card without actually providing the items to the clientData da experi ncia 14 de julho de 2023 And august and November and 2022

Thank you but good bye
I ve been a happy customer for some time now In fact it s all good until things go wrong When you receive 24 cans of dogfood you never ordered it becomes a nightmare Pretty much like it was my fault You have to prove you got wrong items Wait for them to pick up and they never come They do not send what you ordered And at the end to get your money back you have to prove that the incorrectly sent items have been picked up And still waiting

Disappointing experience and customer response
I have purchased the Trixie Friends on Tour Home Kennel for my border collie puppy The description of this product states that it offers your dog the ideal place to relax during any situation It can also be ideal for during stressful events and that the stable high-quality cage is made from robust zinc-coated metal that can take a great deal of strain however that has not been my experience Within an hour and a half my puppy has managed to bend the steel and destroy the kennel s integrity hurting himself in the process Luckily he got away with just scratches on his muzzle but it could have been a lot worse My puppy is 4 months old and being a border collie he is not the strongest of dogs out there and he still managed to do this My fiancee got in touch with zooplus pt to explain what happened and hopefully to receive a refund or a different kennel as this one or perhaps the entire line is defective The response we received is that since the 14 days to announce a defective product has passed there is nothing they can do We are very disappointed with this sort of response especially since we bought plenty of other quality things at this store and we were planning to continue doing so However with this kind of response I cannot honestly trust this store any longer because it puts into question how other problems that might occur in the future will be handled I also cannot recommend this product and by extension this store to anyone I was really hoping that a store that sells animal products will be more considerate towards such issues sadly that was not the case

I used to be very happy with GLS
I used to be very happy with GLS delivery and Zooplus in general I understood that in December my order was delivered a bit later than usual we were talking about 2 or 3 more days But now it has been more than a week and still no food for my cats I finally recieved an email last Sunday saying that my order was going to be shipped 5 days later the order is still in their warehouse DHL did not pick it up I will have to wait at least another 5 days to feed my cat What is the point of buying food on your website if I have to pay for food elsewhere I nearly spend 1000 on their website last year I am tired of the bad delivery conditions It is getting worse and worse
