"Happy Holidays to Boxy "

I ve been getting Boxy a long time now They re my favorite makeup subscription I ve seen a lot of negative things on social media lately about many different types of complaints I have occasionally had a few problems no company is perfect Every time the customer service is outstanding They have always made it right They even found a couple of items that I didn t receive and refunded me immediately I have a few things that haven t gotten to me recently I shop at the Drop Shop frequently and I usually spend too much money The lists of items that I am waiting for can frequently be extensive I also make several different trips to the shop so I think they do a great job keeping the orders straight I made a large order this month It took me a full week to stop changing my mind I had a lengthy queue and they mostly left it alone and didn t keep yanking things off of my list because I had left the site I appreciate that very much Boxy always has the best brands I love the full size products and I have found some things that I can not imagine doing without since I started my subscription My skin has never felt better and I turned 50 this year My December Boxy Premium was fantastic The brands choices and selections were perfect I squealed and giggled girlishly while unboxing my things You can t ask for much more than that Any issues I have with my complex order this month I am fully confident w ll be handled promptly They have great service If you have had any issues and quit You should give them another shot They deserve it and they w ll make you remember why you loved your Boxy every month I still do Yay
