I bought into the whole program about 3 months ago It was that or be put away in some program in Wickenberg for 70K Craig and this program has virtually saved my marriage And in part this is because they allowed my wife to get involved and progress cannot be made without her involvement The additional reading supplements like The Atomic Habits Altogether You The Power of Vulnerability and the Mindfulness meditations all added to a very positive experience for me I realize that this is a program for life and there will be snapbacks but I am on the right track and I thank Craig and Michelle for that
