I would give it a zero review if available First it worked well in 2021 and I recommended this company to many people Now and for many months the service is VERY Very bad Always freezes and never worked good When you call customer service they try to convince you that the problem is yours and that your internet company is not working good despite explaining to them that the internet is fast and that you have three other systems that work very well with no problem Everyday You spend hours with them on the phone with unexperienced customer service representative who knows nothing So frustrated You lose your time with them I believe that they were told to hide the real issue weak system Finally I spoke to someone named Peter who claimed that he is a technician and he admitted that the problem is theirs He explained that the issue will be resolved soon and that the reason for the freezing of the system was due to a technical issue related to the connection between the company and Optimum I think this also was not a true explanation of the problem and that MagicTVBox does not have a strong system to cover all of its customer To date this problem is not resolved and I have no way of entertainment Live channels saved movies and saved series they are all freezing I am in process to cancel this service and find another one Stay away from this company
