Ive had to contact PetSmart multiple times regarding an issue with Afterpay Even though PetSmart did everything they needed to regarding my order and it s really Afterpays fault the customer service has been EXCELLENT Everyone I ve spoken to has been super helpful very nice and even sent me an e-gift card unexpectedly Customer service has plummeted since Covid but not at PetSmart
