I was at the location on Major Mac and Keele in Vaughan I met Jessica and she was amazing she helped my 7 yr old with his first pet she was educated when it came to different pets she was kind and he ability to upsell was so smooth Pet Smart is lucky to have her I will go back to this location just because of her kindness I was at the location on highway 7 and weston rd and I didnt experience the same treatment So thank you Jessica for your knowledge and your kindness and helping my son with his 1st pet
